Grooming Supplies List
Since your Springer will have a long coat, you will need to get a complete bath and grooming every 3 weeks. I recommend brushing your dog thoroughly once every week, to keep him knot free. Going to the Dog groomers is costly, so if you can, do the grooming and bathing yourself. I will be happy to teach anyone wanting to learn to groom. I also recommend doing; dental care, eyes, ears, and clipping/filing the nails once a week.

Below are books that I recommend for everyone to own. Any vet or vet type books that you might buy are there for you to understand what the vet is talking about, not to diagnose the problem yourself.
When buying a dog-training book remember get the one that works with positive reinforcement training. If you do buy Carol Gurney’s book The Language of Animals, this book is filled with great information about respecting your dog and understand his or her own feelings. I highly recommend this book for every animal owner.
