N Gauge Model Railways

If you are pushed for space, or if you have plenty of space and fancy a railway empire, then either way N gauge could be exactly what you are looking for.

N Gauge Model Railway Links.

Abraville : Good article on a 36" by 26" American layout. Good scenery pictures.

BC Rail Fort St. : Based on the British Columbia railway.

Billy's N-Gauge : A professionally made layout for a six year old boy but useful for everyone.

Brandlethorpe Line : A layout by David Balderstone based roughly on the East Lancs Railway.

Burlington High Line :  A triple deck track measuring 12' by 12' by Ross Johnson. Some great pictures.

Cabinet : So called because it runs over the cabinets and desks in the house. Created by Boaz Coppens from Tel Aviv.

Chessie : A layout from South Africa.

Chapel Wharf : This is a 2mm finescale model railway and is included under the N gauge section because 2mm doesn't have a section of it's own as yet and this layout is just too good to miss out. Excellent pictures and workmanship. A credit to it's builder.

City Of Hamilton : Great USA layout with good photographs.

Copenhagen Fields : By The Model Railway Club.

Evolution Of A Layout : 3' by 5' N gauge layout for the absolute beginner.

Glass Half Full - Second Layout : Plenty of very good photographs here for the N gauge modeller to look at.

Great Western Railway (GWR) : This site is dedicated to all things Great Western and there are N gauge layouts for you to look at.

Holstenburg Endbahnhof : A very nice continental model with great pictures and very helpful articles.

Jared's Rock : 4' by 4' layout suspended from the garage ceiling.

Lambourn : A GWR layout from the 2mm scale association site. Some great black and white pictures as well as colour.
