Faster isn't always fresher nor tastier. We hope that you will appreciate that our sandwiches and other dishes are made to order. For example, for our sandwiches, we freshly chop or slice your brisket or any other meat as you stand and wait. We then stack 3/10 of a pound of this lean, juicy, smoke-flavored meat onto a 5 inch freshly baked bun for the most hearty meal that you can imagine.
Just in case, you still have room and a sweet tooth, we'd like for you to know that we do have a range of freshly baked homemade desserts. And if you are out to have a good time then you'll be happy to know that we use real butter to enrich our cinnamon spiced peach and apple cobbler(s) to ice-cream to "pecan and chocolate topped" soft and moist brownies to golden brown pecan pie.
