About "Denny"

A lot of time and effort was put into researching the genes of stallions and mares in order to come up with the perfect breeding pair that would almost certainly produce a buckskin foal. The time and effort paid off and "Denny" is the result.

"Denny" is recognised as a Standard Buckskin - His coat is a deep gold colour and has an iridescent sheen in sunlight.

Temperament is everthing to us and "Denny's" is superb. He is a pleasure to handle and be around. Serving mares is made easy by his kind no-nonsense approach.

"Denny" has spent time mustering cattle in Victoria's High Country, which proved to be a good grounding for his campdrafting career. He and Cameron have placed well over the years, including a 4th at his first visit to Warwick.

At the 2003 Geelong Royal "Denny" was awarded the AQHA Champion Ridden Stallion.

2006 will see the appearance of "Denny" at shows conducted by the National Buckskin Society. He will also be present at several other shows that include Buckskin classes.

"Denny" will be attending the NBS classification and show day at Tonimbuk in October.

Drifters Roy Rolly has sired 40 foals today 17/8/07 at the age of 7

Our stallion Drifters Roy Rolly has never been shown due to distance. He does however breeds good temprament, trainability and reliability and good looks into his offspring. He comes from a long line of imported horses such as Wise Bid, Clover Drift, Lion Don and Kings Phillip. The ladies in his pedigree have also made there mark with Clover Seratoga who earned an R.O.M. in Cutting and Performance and points in Reining. Belindas King (imp) has points in Cutting, General Performance and Western Pleasure. Rolly paddock surves all his mares and lives all year in the paddock with his mares and foals. He is a kind stallion with a no-fuss temprament. Rolly has been with us for 7 years now and is standing his first year to outside mares due to the fact that I am cutting down on the number of part-bred stock on the property and now breeding for purebred lines only.
