I have owned 2 Miniature horses since 2000 and I have definately caught the mini bug.
I purchased Teddy and Rosie as pets to keep my TB Gelding company. I suppose I didnt know a whole lot about them when I got them and at the time there wasnt a whole lot known about them here in Ireland. I didnt know anything about refinement or all the different types of miniature horse but over the years and now that its becoming more common place here I am learing more about them, conformation, type and colour. I find it fascinating and enjoy learing all the time about these little guys.
I have since added to my herd and also have started to show a little more and hope to keep doing so over the coming years.
My miniatures mean the world to me and I dont think I could ever be without them. They are a joy and a pleasure to have around and I learn from them all the time. Such special little animals and they can only bring a smile to your face.

I am looking forward to showing again as much as possible in 2009 with my little showstring and look forward to meeting up with everyone again this season and perhaps meeting some new people that have caught the mini bug.
