9/20/02 Rare will retain the rights to Banjo Kazooie, Conker, and Perfect Dark. You will no longer see new games with these licenses on Nintendo systems. Rare owns these licenses.
So what happens to the GBA games? Our sources say that the games like Diddy Kong Pilot, and Donkey Kong Coconut Crackers will be released by Nintendo. Banjo Kazooie and Sabre Wulf will not be joining the released titles.
