Bryansburn Rangers 5 - 1 Bangor Rangers U13s
Bangor Rangers U13s made the short journey to Ballywoolley for a league match against Champions elect Bryansburn Rangers and managed to put in their worst performance of the season.
Rangers found themselves 4 goals behind after 15 minutes. Playing against the wind Rangers couldn’t adapt and were lucky to only be 4 down at half-time.
The second half was a more even affair with Rangers managing to create a few scoring chances of their own. Cameron Ennis and Matthew Cousins both had decent opportunities to pull goals back but couldn’t find the net.
With the game over as a contest Rangers introduced their substitutes and did manage to score when Nathan McMaster bent a free kick into the top corner, however, Rangers just couldn’t defend and looked vulnerable every time Bryansburn attacked. With time running out Bryansburn grabbed a fifth to make the final score 5-1, for a comfortable victory.
