Here is a list of all the Positions and Organizations. Each position and organization is explained with requirements and duties. Please note that this is just a small list of duties and requirements for each position. There will be responsible for many different things than what is written here. Unsorted Student/New Student - Currently, you are new to the RPG and are still learning. Go through the website and forums to learn more. Become comfortable before you apply. Sorted Student - Being a Sorted Student, you are either in the following houses: Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, and Slytherin. You can now register in the Forums. Once you do that, wait for your account to be accepted and fill out an Application for your character. This is very important. After you are accepted and your application is approved, start RolePlaying. You will be allowed basic priveleges such as posting in the forums, participating in activites, and etc. Prefect - To be a prefect, you need to be very active. You need to have posted at least 100 messages in the forums. You will be given a few Moderator Admins and you will be able to do a few things. You will be given permission to give and take away House Points. You will help New Students and protect the Guild Message Boards. You will also assist the Head Boys/Girls of your house. Head Boy/Girl - To be a Head Boy/Girl, you need to be very active. You need to have posted at least 200 messages in the forums. You will be given some Moderator Admins and will able to do a few things. You will be given permission to give and take away House Points. You will also assist the Heads of Houses. Quidditch Team Player - To be able to participate in Quidditch, your Head of House must choose you. Just apply for the position if you think you are capable of this position. You will need to be active and know the rules of the game. You need to have posted at least 80 messages in the forums before you are able to apply. Quidditch Team Captain - You must be a Quidditch Team Player before you can be the captain. You will be choosing the Quidditch Match Dates, and will choose Team Players if the Head of House doesn't. You will decide the Winners of each Match and the winners of the Quidditch Cups. You must have posted at least 120 messages in the forums before you are able to apply. SPEW, Dumbledore's Army, Hogwarts Societies - To be able to participate in the clubs, you can just join in your Application. There is no requirements as long as you are active and know what each club is responsible for. Deputy Head Mistress/Master - You will have partical Admin Powers equivalent to the Head Mistress. You will be the leaders of the guild while the Head Mistress is Away or not online. You must have posted at least 1000 messages in the forums. Professor - To be a Professor, you must know the rules and basics for a Professor. You need to be a decent RolePlayer. You will have a few Admin Powers and set up the Classrooms, Lessons, and Homework. You are responsible for teaching students. You need to have posted at least 250 messages in the forums. Head of House - Head of Houses have equal Admin Powers with the Deputy Head Mistress/Master. You will greet New Students and hold passwords with the rest of the Adults. You need to have posted at least 1000 messages in the forums. Librarian - The Librarian will sort all Textbooks, FanFiction, and other sorts of Literature written by Writers and other Members. They will be given a few Admin Powers. You need to have posted at least 5 FanFictions, Tutorials, Guides and/or Poems. Caretaker - The Caretaker will give Detention to the students if the Head of Houses and other members fail to do so. You will give harsh punishments but they should not go too far. The Caretaker will have a few Admin Powers. You need to have posted at least 800 messages in the forums. Nurse - They will 'heal' the students in the school. Those with questions will go to the Nurse. You can give errands which will give extra House Points as a reward. You only need to have posted at least 400 messages in the forums. Keeper of Keys - This person must be VERY trustworthy. You will be given all the passwords in the guild and must make sure no one else knows. You will give the passwords to those who only require them. You need to have posted at least 1000 messages in the forums. Secret Word & Phrase: Eight 'Oranges r orange' Deatheater, The Order - They are different Organizations. Each will have a different purpose in the RolePlays. You do not have to apply for this organizatoin. You are allowed to say you are part of this organization as soon as you apply. Wizengamot - This is a council of Old Members (Those who have been in the guild for a Muggle year or so) who will have Admin Powers and decide the running of the Ministry of Magic at certain times. Shopkeeper, Innkeeper - You will take care of your own Shop. They will have a shop on their own board. They must regulate the spending and giving of money and items. Innkeepers will see who is away and allow them to stay in their Inn for a limited amount of time. You need to have posted at least 80 messages in the forums. Gringotts - You just need to know how to count money. You make sure that the money is regulated and that everyone has the amount they should and are not lying. They will be allowed a few Admin Powers. You need to have posted at least 80 messages in the forums. Ministry of Magic - They will decide what happens between different guilds, inside the guild and many other areas. They should make sure the guild is run through smoothly. You need to have posted at least 750 messages and have passed each level of classes. Healer, Auror, Advance Guard - These are jobs that need an academic acheivement. These character need to have passed each level of classes and have posted at least 750 messages in the forums. They are given Admin Powers. Music Band, Knight Bus - These are really just for fun. You get to play music and drive a wacko bus. What's better? Writer - They will create FanFiction, Textbooks, Spellbooks, etc. that are stored in the Library. They need to be a good writer and active. You need to submit a sample of your writing after you are approved. The Dark Lord - You need to be extremely active and are given Admin Powers. You are trying to destroy the Wizarding World. Ooh, you must also be the friend of Subin since you are Voldie, her minion. ^.^ You need to have posted at least 1000 messages in the forums. Newsletter Staff - You should be a good writer and are given the rights to interview random people. You discuss the newest issues in the Newsletters. You must have posted at least 750 messages and sent a sample of your writing. Writers are allowed to be on the staff also. Special Speices/Blood Types - You must have a good reason to be able to have one. They are usually excluded from the society unless they are well-known or liked. You need to have posted at least 100 messages and be very active. These are very rare and they are not given right away. Please note that a lot of the positions that need to be applied for have Admin Powers. They will not be given easily unless there are many members. Be active, kind and a good RolePlayer.
