The guild was created on May 14, 2006 by Subin, the Head Mistress. After an year and a few months being the leader of a great Harry Potter guild, she made this guild. It was named Banana Fritters after her Web Designing Site. The site was later transformed into the guild website.

On June 21, 2006, however, the forums was changed so it was no longer connected to the guild. The guild and forums were seperate like they are now. The website grew larger, more pages were added, activites and graphics.
