*Your Name: This should be self explanatory. Just put your First Name please. We value your privacy.
*Your Nickname: This should be self explanatory. Just put in the name you would prefer us to call you other than your First Name.
*Your Age: This should be self explanatory. Please do not lie about your age. This is a PG-13 rated site so if you are under the age of 13, you will have limited places available to you.
*Neopets Username: If you do not have an account, please go here and sign up. This is only asked for in order to contact you if the forums are down or your e-mail address doesn't work.
*Your House: This is just a house you believe you truly belong to.
*E-mail Address: Please provide a valid e-mail address so we can contact you if other sources do not work. *Prior RolePlaying Experience: Yes, No and the amount and places you RPed. Also, providing genres would be appreciated.
*Referer: Add the Character Name or Neopets Username of the person who referred you or told you about this site. If possible please state which site the person referred you from.
*Time Zone: Er...Time Zone, how do I explain that?
*How active are you? Tell how many times a day you can be on, how many times a week.
*Other Characters? If you have other characters on Banana Fritters, please list them.

Inside Character
Basics
*Full Name: Please use the format: First Name, Middle Name, Last Name. Do not include the commas.
*Nickname: Self explanatory.
*Canon or Made-up: Is this character origianlly from the series? If yes, it is canon. If it is not, it is a Made-up. Please do not take characters from other books, shows, or movies and claim them as yours. Currently, canons are extremely wanted. If your character is a Made-up your application will probably not be approved.
*Speices: It will usually be a Witch or a Wizard. In rare occasions, you will be able to be a different speice but that is after you sign up for it.
*Gender: Female or Male?
*Blood Type: Pure-blood, Half-blood, Muggle-born? If it is Other, you need to sign-up for it.
*Era: Should be Marauders Era.
*Year: Make sure this is balanced before you choose. If it is canon and on the list, please put that year on even though it may be incorrect. If your character is a Graduate, please state it as Graduate and then 7th Year. For those characters that should be a Graduate, put the year stated and the 'Graduate.'
*Age: Make sure it is appropriate with the year. Your can not be a First Year and be 17 years old. If your characer is a Graduate, you may put the correct age at that time period, not 17 years old as if she/he were a 7th Year student. For those that should be a Graduate, put the correct age and then the age that matches with their year.
*Birthday: Make up any birthday. Year is not required but if you do add one, make it correct.
*House: Please choose one that will be appropriate.
*Position: Please try and keep them realisitic. Do not make this character have more than two positions when it is first registered. Make sure the positions do not require an application.
*Organization: Same as the positions.

Appearance
*Picture: Please add a small image. Do not make it very large.
*Model Claim: Make sure it is the same model used in the picture posted and the model is not taken.
Hair: Hair Color. Do not use bizzare colors please. Colors allowd are: Brown, black, blonde, and red.
Eyes: Eye Color. Do not use bizzare colors please. Colors allowed are: Brown, blue, green, hazel, and grey.
Skin: Any tone of color is allowed as long as its not a bizzare color.
Body: Describe the characters body.
Height: Make it appropriate with the character.
Weight: Make it appropriate with the character.
Piercings: Only allowed two as the maximum on each ear for females and one on one ear for males.
Markings: Do not add too many markings please.
Flaws: There should be some flaw (preferable 2).
*Description: Describe your character in 2 paragraphs. Each paragraph must contain at least 8-10 sentences. The most easiest way to do so is describing the Eyes, Hair, Body, Height/Weight, and Markings. Add some background and history behind them if possible.

Personality
Strengths: 10 words/phrases about the positive aspects or strengths of your character. Subin is not very strict about this as long as you describe it in the description.
Weaknesses: 10 words/phrases about the negative aspects or weaknesses of your character. Subin is not very strict about this as long as you describe it in the description.
Likes: 10 words/phrases describing your character likes.
Dislikes: 10 words/phrases describing your character dislikes.
Fears: Describe some fears.
Habits: Describe some habits.
Talents: Describe some talents.
*Description: Describe your character in 2 parargraphs. Each paragraph must contain at least 8-10 sentences. The most easiest way to do so is describing one of the Strengths, one of the Weaknesses, one of the character Likes, one of the character Dislikes, and a Fear.

Inside Hogwarts
Favorite Subject: Self explanatory.
Least Favorite Subject: Self explanatory.
Worst Subject: Self explanatory.
Best Subject: Self explanatory.
Favorite Professor: Self explanatory.
Least Favorite Professor: Self explanatory.
Favorite Place: Self explanatory.
Least Favorite Place: Self explanatory.
Hobbies & Activities: Include at least five.
Job/Position Wanted During Hogwarts: Self explanatory.

Outside Hogwarts
Favorite Place: Self explanatory.

Family History: Add some background information about your history, what they are known for, and etc. Only needs to be at least 1 paragraphs with 8-10 sentences.
*Description: How do each of the family members act towards each other? What are their personalities? Appearances? Should be at least 2 paragraphs with 8-10 sentences each. Secret Word & Phrase: Six 'Wittle Toads'

History and Background
Ethnicity: Your character's nationality
Languages: What languages can your character speak? One language is fine. ^.^
Before Hogwarts: Describe life before they were accepted to Hogwarts. Should be at least 1 paragraphcs with 8-10 sentences each.
During Hogwarts: Describe what happened during the years at Hogwarts. Should be at least 1 paragraphcs with 8-10 sentences each. Describe each year during the summer and inside the school.
After Hogwarts: Will not have if student. Should be at least 1 paragraphcs with 8-10 sentences each.

Home
Birthplace: Self explanatory. Include city/town, country.
Childhood Town: Self explanatory. Include city/town, country.
Childhood: Include 1 parargraphs with 8-10 sentences. Describe how they lived.
Current Home: Self explanatory. Include city/town, country.
Living Arrangement: What type of house do they live in? With whom?
Homelife: Describe how life is like at home. Should be at least 1 paragraphs with 8-10 sentences.

Extra/Miscellaneous
*Special Ability: Should have none before they are accepted. Apply for this if wanted after your character is approved. Some examples are parseltongue.
*Wand: Length, Wood, Essence, Characteristic.
*Broomstick: Not needed.
*Pet: Owl, rat, cat? Name.
*Boggart: Needed.
*Patronus: Needed.
*Animagi: Needed.
*Quidditch Position: Optional.
*IC Screenname: Personal Character Item. Choose an AIM screenname.
*Other: Optional.

*Sample Introduction: Does not have to be very long but preferably two paragraphs or more. This only sees how well you can use your character. Try and include bits of the imformation you used to fill out the form. Make the words flow. The best way to make a great introduction is writing about the character's personality, appearance, environment with the people around them, thoughts, position and history/background.
