CRITERIA &
APPLICATION FOR SCHOLARSHIP AWARD
Criteria:
1. Student must be accepted for enrollment, or enrolled & attending, The University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. Attach acceptance letter or grade report to application.
2.
Parents or grandparents of student must be a member of the local
Chapter for five consecutive years prior to award application.
(Parent or grandparent may write
check for all five years in one year.)
3. Student must complete application &
submit to Chapter Secretary/Treasurer by July 15 of each year.
4. Amount of scholarship award will be determined based on amount of Chapter funds available, and how many students apply.

In July 2005, the Chapter awarded $500 scholarships to Dru Holland of
