KANGAROO

KANGRAOO NEEDS AN OPERATION

For those of you who don't know Kangaroo's story... It all started 2 years ago when Linda saw a small skinny dog waiting to cross a busy road. A common sight in Bali, but what Linda saw next was not common at all. It was clear the dog had previously had horrific injuries which amazingly had healed but not without consequence. The dog we now know as Kangaroo, had taught herself to walk on her hind legs! Since then she has suffered from vaginal sarcoma (cancer) and needed a course of chemotherapy. Although expensive she was worth every cent and her amazingly strong will and happy nature helped her through this tough time.

Unfortunately as a consequence of her cancer, Kangaroo now needs and expensive and delicate operation and the refuge desperately needs funding for this to happen

If you can help Kangaroo or any of our other beautiful dogs please donate whatever you can...the details are at the bottom of this page

Thank you

UPDATE

 SOLO TO GO TO HOLLAND

Solo's new 'life of luxury' he is awaiting in Holland has been put on hold as the Balinese government has put a ban on all dogs entering and exiting the country because of the Rabies scare. We look forward to the ban being lifted as Solo is one of four dogs waiting to leave Bali...Hang in there mate there's a fillet steak with your name on it!

 THANKYOU FOR CARING

BALI will go to GERMANY

MEET BALI

... this is Bali, he was brought in by a German couple on holiday . They happened to fall in love with him, even though he was completely bald and awfully sad, from the first minute they met him they embraced him. Bali has had his first  vaccinations and, as you can see is re growing his hair, he is a very gentle grateful boy. He will be sent to Gemany in November, where he will have a much nicer life than having to defend himself on the streets in Bali.. Until that day, we will take care of him, until  he is in top condition for his trip, and his newly adopted family.
