PHILOSOPHY AND GOALS

Baler Institute adheres to the holistic philosophy of education. It believes that the school should develop a whole person among individuals. He should be spiritually and morally upright, physically fit and healthy, rational, independent, sensitive and socially ready to take his place in the society. Through a well-planned curriculum, a school should be able to maximize the potentials of the students by providing them rich and meaningful learning experiences. Schools likewise should recognize the individual differences of learners and try to discover and nurture their multiple intelligences.

An educational institution that would develop youth of today’s generation who will someday serve the country as leaders that is trained by highly competitive, effective and qualified teachers and are highly supported by the society.

VISION

An educational institution that ranked both curricular and co-curricular undertakings, bringing forward a student provided with knowledge, abilities, and postures moulding them to be responsible in community and religious obligations to the society as a whole.

BRIEF HISTORICAL SKETCH

Baler Institute was founded in the year 1939 by the late Mr. Paulino G. Espinosa, Sr., CPA. It was the first secondary school ever built in the province of Aurora. The school officially received its Government Recognition Permit in the year 1955 numbered 554.

Since then, it was known for its service to the youth. Its numerous productive alumni prove of its ability in serving the community through education.

However, life isn’t always a bed of roses, in the past few years, the school experiences too many struggles and too many trials.

But today, the new administration together with its new faculty members is starting to uplift its management system and educational standards by adapting DepED-Approved Curriculum.

Baler Institute is the only school in Aurora offering both day and night high school classes.
