Information & Tournament Policies
Eligibility
Entries are open to female amateur golfers who:
• Are a resident of Oklahoma
• Will not reach their 18th birthday by midnight July 19, 2008
• No handicap requirement or limit
Entries are subject to rejection at any time (including during championship) by ‘ OCA.
The reason for rejection may include unbecoming conduct.
Registration and Practice Round
Sunday, July 20, 2008 from 1:00 p.m. - — 4:00 p.m. at Willow Creek Clubhouse. Tournament Tee Times will be available at registration.
Entry Deadline & Refunds
Entry Deadline is Wednesday, July 16, 2008.
Entrants use
(Entry fee includes $10.00 WOGA. junior membership dues). Entry application must reach the W OGA
Tournament Chairperson by Wednesday, July 16, 1008.
Format
Ages 12-17: 36 holes Stroke Play Ages 11 & under: 18 Hole Stroke Play
Age Flights: 11 & under (9 Holes/day); 12-13 yrs; 14-15 yrs; 16-17 yrs (18 Holes/day).
Prizes
Winner: Winner’s Trophy and custody of the Championship Trophy for 1 year.

Third Place
Caddies
A player may provide her own caddie. A player may not use a parent or guardian as caddie. Neither caddies nor players may use automotive transportation during play.
Rules of Golf
A play will be governed by the USGA Rules of Golf. Questions shall be settled by the Rules Committee whose decision will be final.
Awards Ceremony & Lunch
Lunch will be provided for the players following play of July 21st and 22nd. The trophy presentation will be immediately following play on July 22. Special Awards and Events!!
Practice Rounds
A free practice round will be played Sunday , July 20,2008 after 2 pm. Call 405-685-7611 one week prior and ask to reserve a tee-time. Players who are unable to practice at that time must make their own arrangements.
Dress Code
A golf dress code will be enforced at the golf course and during the use of the golf practice areas. Participants, caddies, family members, guests, and spectators must wear appropriate attire. Traditional golf shirts, slacks. skirts and shorts are acceptable. WOGA Jr. Girls may wear collarless golf—style shirts and/or sleeveless golf shirts. No tank tops or halter tops. All skirts and shorts must be of sufficient length to be no shorter than four inches above the knee. No blue jeans or denim may be worn. Men’s golf shirts must have a collar, sleeves, and be tucked— in. No metal spikes allowed. The Rules Committee has the final say.
