Tips of December 2006
Happy Holidays!!!!
For this Month I only have one Tip, but I go other info as well for the holidays!
Tip #007
Templates, is one of the most important this of a perfect box. If you don't have the right one for the system or place (USA, PAL, JAP) then it's still will be consider decent-crappy. Also When you use a Template, don't make it all crappy, but part of it is cut off, white space under it, or make it looklike it was make in MS Paint. Try to get pre-templates from other to make your box better.
Bottom Line; MAKE GOOD TEMPLATES OR GET PRE-TEMPLATES FROM OTHER USERS, CAUSE THE TEMPLATE IS PART OF THE BOX AS WELL.
Well for the Holidays, try to ask for Photoshop, or better programs...it will help you in the future. Or get a Wii!

Tip #360
Logos....When I see poeple post boxes, they use crappy cut out Logos. The Logo of an box is one of out the most important element to an great box. My Tip is, that you use custom logos. Example it like the new logo of this secment. It better than just font. If there an offical logo, use it, it not, make an new one.
Bottom Line: DON'T POST BOXES WITH CRAPPY LOGOS.
Tip #3
It's easy to make a new box for an new console. but what ever happen to make old ones, like N64, SNES, Genisis...even the old NES. My Tip is try make old or different boxes, but make them decent. I hate when people don't try somwthing new, with making boxes. I know that it not like what your doning, but it will help when you making better boxes, and there nothing wrong with that.
Bottom Line: TRY DIFFERENT STYLES OF MAKING A BOX...IT WILL HELP YOU GREATLY IN THE FUTURE TO HAVE DIFFERENT TASTE TO MAKE THE BOX AS AWESOME AS POSSIBLE.

Tip #101
I notice when someone makes boxart, they forget the ERSB, logo,and even the template....for this I suggest you get them and put them on as they would look on an real boxart. If you do this it's great, but what I have seen is that people have been make the companies logo, too small or too wide/long...same with the ERSB logos.
Basically, make the all the logo as prefect as possible,'cause it part of the box as well.
Tip #2003
I love when people make funny boxart, but it treads me, when the think it should be in the Official section. Satire is where funny and out-of-place boxes so good. Like Making fun of boxes (like my recent three), Playing with the wording boxes,(like Wickedgamer's Snake on a plane box) or even tell your feeling in can comedic. way (like my VGboxart for dummies one)These should go there, and they still have to be good, the can be crap, if they are, that means your hella lazy.
Basically, put your boxes in the right section, or you will lookalike an N00B, Troll, or dumbass. ;)
