The AFRA president's lawsuit isn't going quite as advertised. The Court has already dismissed the case against one defendant because he didn't serve the lawsuit properly.
He has admitted in his legal court responses that he never went to McGeorge Law School, never was a CASA, and that many of the other things he has bragged about on the internet are false. Further news is not far off.
Around AFRA, they call him the "Tower of Power" (or maybe it's just Himself that calls Himself that). I'd rather take song from the music group by that name, Tower of Power, called "Keep your Monster on a Leash" as a better moniker for the Dear Leader. The Monster...... has a nice ring to it. His own lawsuit will have him on a leash quite soon.
AFRA, Suzanne Shell and Wikipedia
Wikipedia has created an entry for Suzanne Shell, and AFRA is jealous. AFRA members, including Dorothy Baez, Billy Wiseman and others, have been repeatedly chastised by Wiki editors for vandalizing the site, which included adding links to the Bully Monster site (the Wiki editors determined that the Bully Monster site is not credible and is probably defamatory), links to the AFRA web site and for making vulgar, defamatory or false entries. The history of edits for that site reveal an ongoing campaign by AFRA to piggy back on Ms. Shell’s accomplishment and inject their nasty comments and competing links into the article about Ms. Shell. These entries are constantly being removed, and Shell’s article is flagged to watch for vandalism. Some of the AFRA contributors have had their IP’s banned from Wiki due to the repeated vandalism. The article on that site is currently inaccurate because of the vandalism, which the Wikipedia Editors have not detected.
The envious AFRA minions have appeared at any online location where Suzanne Shell is being discussed or articles about her are printed, They spew their libelous venom against her on blogs, forums and comment forms. It is really pathetic that the only spotlight AFRA can garner is when they horn in on Ms. Shell’s spotlight and fling their monkey poo.
Grow up, AFRA, and reign in your members and leaders. This conduct is giving you a huge black eye.

The Billy Monster Web Site & AFRA?
According to "Dee" who posted on the Colorado Confidential web site: "I also understand that Billy was asked to remove his website, and refused to do it, so he is no longer on any AFRA sites. Hopefully that means they've had enough of the infighting."
AFRA wimps out again. It is not enough for AFRA to "ask" the Bully Monster to remove his web site of lies. Was that request "official" or "unofficial"? Was it wink, wink, mere posturing to distance yourselves from liability or a demand to do the right thing?
We say it was wink, wink, posturing. If AFRA meant it, and Bully Monster refused, AFRA would have publicly condemned the site on the front page of their web site, publicly banned him from all AFRA groups, blocked his email addresses, required AFRA membership and leadership to stop ghost writing the content on that site and to stop sending him malicious lies to publish on his web site. AFRA would have made it official AFRA policy that anyone who associates with Billy would be banned, too. Since AFRA Board Member Cletus Keifer incited Billy to start publishing that site, and since AFRA leadership contributes to the site, and since AFRA does not publicly condemn the site, the contributors or the content, we can only assume it is the official ad hoc AFRA publication.
AFRA is USING Billy to do the dirty deeds that they cannot be held responsible for and still maintain professional credibility. But AFRA is NOT fooling us, and not fooling CCHR. We know AFRA is using the Bully Monster Pulpit to get its' REAL message across.
Some identified authors of the Bully Monster (aka the lie unfolds) site include: Dennis Hinger, Randy Blair, Keith Fredericks, Renee Cygan, Nancy Luckhurst, AIMEE Dutkiewicz, Ann Durand. Randy Blair is also doing the technical stuff, background searches, IP searches, etc. AFRA is quite well represented on the Bully Monster web site. We have intentionally not included a link to this site because it has been reported that sometimes computers lock up or have other problems after visiting that site.
My son was gone only 6 months and I wish I knew what I do now, it might have only been one week.
By following Suzanne Shells book I knew everything I needed to know to do this. Kay was also telling me what to do and I had no idea she was using the method she learned from Suzanne personally and from attending the seminars.
Now, with that said; Granted I did have a copy of the book, and her other book that my kids learned. Plus a shelf of other books on this subject. I have also written a 600+ page book with the help of other authors, but until Kay started helping me, my case didn't turn around.
Once my son was home, I began using (under Kay and Suzanne's instruction and watchful eyes lol) completed getting 8 other kids home, and the time frame on those was 4 days to 23 days. These were done over weekends too! One I met on Thursday night at AFRA Helpline, and closed her completely (no supervision or anything) on her first filing of her papers then the hearing the next Monday at 9 AM !!!
You can take forever working the system you are to get your kids back, or you can learn Suzanne's method and get kids home in a week!! It's your choice. Personally had I known what I have learned from her instruction, I would have known how to use what was in her books!! Jill Manzoni, 9/15/2004

Cheryl Barnes (CPS Watch) - Untrained as an advocate and lacking necessary knowledge and/or skill. Multiple instances of state seizures of her own children and arrests for alleged crimes. Has a history of civil actions against her. Brags herself as excellent pro se litigant, which is unproved by her court history which indicates repeated court losses. Status: here today, gone tomorrow, then back again.
She has plagiarized the work of others and taken credit for their work, self-aggrandized herself for things she never did, and obtained money for goods and/or services which were never rendered to clients.

UPDATE on Hinger April 8, 2008 - It has been reported that Hinger suffered a heart attack, and survives with 65% of his heart function destroyed. He is reportedly awaiting a heart transplant.
