How do I get a quote? You can either e-mail your list, phone in your list or fill out our get my quote form. (If e-mailing please include to and from address, items to be moved, floor on now & moving to, if there are more than thirty paces from the front door to where we can park, best way to contact you & that should do it.)

How do I get an accurate quote, when they do not see the actual items I am moving? This is where the law of averages comes in. We have a lot of experience in moving households, so we have a price set that combines large and heavy furniture along with light and smaller furniture. All the while being extremely competitive with other moving companies. Voila! You get the averaged price that suits everyone involved.

Do I have to empty my dresser drawers?  Only if you have breakables, books or loose debris inside. However, you can leave clothes in them.

Do I help the Movers?     No. We are professionals, and due to insurance purposes, we cannot have anyone help. Although appreciated.

When do I pay?  Some companies require you to pay in advance, or pre-pay for minimum hours. We are different there. We do not collect until each and every item is safely unloaded at your new residence. The only time we require half up front, are on long distance moves.

Am I supposed to tip the movers?    If you are pleased, that is entirely up to you.

What payment do you accept?     We accept  Cash, Check (upon approval), Mastercard, Visa, Discover & American Express.

Will my total differ from my quote?    The only time your total will vary, is when you add items the day of the move, or if there are over thirty paces from your front door to where we can park the trailer, that is pretty much it. If you do need to add items the day of the move, Please tell the mover up front, so they know how to load properly. The items added are the same price as if they were quoted over the phone. No penalty here.

Are you licensed and Insured?    Yes. Absolutely. Reg.# IM1161 Insured with more than the State Requires.

Can I tell my friends about Back Pack Movers? We would love it, if you would. Word of mouth is the best!

What services do you offer?   The only thing we do not do, is pack the boxes for you. All the rest we carry, load, wrap, travel to your new home, unload & carry items to specified areas.

I have some things I do not want to pay to have moved, but, I do not have the time to donate them. What do I do? We at Back Pack Movers like to help local charities. If you have items that you would like donated, space providing, we can drop them off on our way back to the office, at no extra charge.

How do I book a move once I have gotten my quote? That is easy. You simply contact us at http://www.backpackmovers.net/getmyquote   Through this site, or call us at 321-256-1207. We would be glad to book your move at that time. Please book as soon as you decide to use us as your mover. As our calender can fill up quite fast.
