Hello and welcome to our site!

I am a very small, home based breeder in VERY rural Northeastern CT.  We are a family of 6, (Glen and I, and our 4 children, Randy 16, Olivia 14, Courtney 9, and Braeden 11 months).  We currently own 5 dogs (2 of which are Boxers).  Jack is our 8 yr old Pug/Pom rescue, Stella is our 11 yr old Teacup (2.9#) Maltese, Miss Autumn Rose is our 3 1/2 yr old Reversed/Black Brindle AKC Boxer, Bucca is our 2yr old Reversed Brindle AKC Boxer born to Miss Autumn Rose in her 1st litter, and our recently acquired Yorkshire Terrier, Trinket, who is a year and a half and weighs 6.5 pounds!!!

I am VERY interested in the Black Boxers, Black Brindle, Reverse Brindle, and Old World German Boxers.  I strive to breed large, dark/black, old style AKC Boxers, but my primary focus is on healthy and happy lines!  When prepairing for a breeding I look at the AKC conformity, then the health of the lines involved, then we look at the temperment, then the size and color.  Since all of our dogs are family pets and lounge around INSIDE our house, I also make sure that we can ALL (as a family/pack) spend a ton of time with the litter for socialization purposes!  Puppies are raised as if we are keeping each one forever and ever!  Once my puppies go to their new homes I stay involved, and stay available!  Also, due to the fact that I am so detailed oriented, I produce very few litters.  Everything must be PERFECT or I do not breed!  This also keeps my lines from saturating the area.  All litters start with a waiting list that people get on early (sometimes a year or more in advance).  I also update people on my waiting list at every point in our breedings.

I also hope to begin breeding Yorkies this year (2009)!  These puppies will also be raised with the same love, attention, dedication, and importance!  Again I will focus on health and temperament of Yokies that we produce, first and foremost!!

**I understand the controversy over the "Black Boxer".  To each his own!  I spend ABSOLUTELY NO TIME AT ALL quibbling with people over terminology, or beliefs!  Everyone has their own ideas of what "Black" consists of!  At one point there were many Black AKC Boxers.  I hope to see that again.  But first and foremost....I hope to see a healthy Boxer of SUPERB quality!  So with that being said.....Welcome to my backyard!  Poke around and enjoy yourself.  But please don't look to dispute and argue....focus on enjoying your visit and planning your next!!
