Raising Pedigreed Mini Rex and Polish Rabbits

We are a small rabbitry located in north central Wisconsin near Medford.
Our Mini Rex varieties are Black, Himilayan, Sable point and Brokens. We are also adding the blue and tortoise varieties.
I am also adding the Polish rabbit breed in chocolate and broken.
My rabbits are spoiled and played with every day . We pick grass for each one during the summer as well as some treats from the garden. My 2 young kids love to help feed and hold them. My husband helps with the cleaning and the costs.
I have had the pleasure of owning rabbits as pets and 4-H projects all my life.
At one time or another I have had Rex, Mini Rex, Cinnamon, Mini Lop,Fuzzy Lop,French Lop,
New Zealand, Flemish Giant/New Zealand and "Heinz 57s"! Although mini rexes have always been my favorite. Ive always had at least 1 Rex or Mini Rex. I started raising purebred Mini Rexes about 4 yrs ago but had many unfortunate events happen that slowed my progress (a dog attack on the rabbits, a doe who didnt like being a mom) but I have pushed forward. In Jan. 2008 I acquired my first Polish and have decided to raise them as well. I started showing at a couple ARBA shows last year and I enjoyed it and look forward to showing again. I usually have rabbits for sale thru out the year. Pets, breeding stock or 4H show rabbits.
