This site is neither a full blown recovery site nor a pro ana site in the way that I do not encourage disordered eating patterns, rather I accept that they may be there and that we each chose our paths.... be it to take the journey to recover or to try our best to live with things the way they are in the best possible way.... let me know your views in the guestbook I always love to hear them.

A message from me to you...I've had a change of heart for real.......

Why are we beating ourselves up to achieve something that is either unobtainable or comes at such a high price that it jeapordises  outr health, life or happiness?

Are you sick of feeling depressed?

Are you sick  of bingeing and starving?

Are you sick of all the stress associated with any ED?

Are you sick of not being happy with your weight and body?

BECAUSE YOU KNOW WHAT? I AM!!! I am not going to starve myself anymore, because I know one day I will just end up bingeing all over again. I still want to lose a lil weight but i just wanna stay with a BMI of 23 which is really HEALTHY NOT FAT no matter what I tell myself or what any of u tell yourself.

- Weigh yourself as litlle as possible as this has a huge effect on mood

- Eat 1000 calories a day or more. Remember that even this number is too low and that you will still ose weight.

- Try and fill your life with things that make you happy, other than stressing bout all this.

-  Dress to suit yout figure and pack away or get rid of really small clothes that dont flatter/ dont fit you. Theres just no point having them around u. If you are curvy, love your curves and dress to show them off. Pamper yourself and you will feel instantly better, Over a longer period you will look better and have more confidence in yourself and your appearance.

- Sometimes the less we stress about food and weight the easier it willl be to lose weight naturally.

-Work with your body not against it, stop trying to change your shape or your legs or your stomach and instead tone up the parts you worry about. Just accept that if you are eating healthily and excercising then THIS IS YOUR BODY and thats the way u were made.

We all need to love ourselves a  little more and vow to never binge again... or starve for that matter...
