Planets and Moons

This section will explain the environments and terrains of every planet and planetary body in SCW. There have been many

changes since the early 21st century, and this area will try to explain them all in the best possible way.

Earth

Alot has happened to the Earth since modern days. Waters have risen and fallen, taking away lakes and making new ones.

Lakes Michigan and Eerie are now simply swamps, while the Middle East is half flooded with large pools of water, turning the

sandy landscape into a tropical area. The tectonic plates have begun moving out of place, resulting in earthquakes and very

slow movement of the continents.

Mars

Mars is probably the world that changed the most. Since the atmospheric shields on Marck City were first installed, it was

known that Mars could indeed support life. Many people wanted the planet to be capable of supporting a healthy

atmosphere, so it was asked that ice comets be sent to the planet. When these comets crashed, they melted and set the

chain reaction for a livable atmosphere to form. With the new atmosphere, plants began to take form after some months

of waiting. Some familiar plants were the first to form, such as fir trees and roses. However, some unknown plants also took

hold on the new Mars landscape. By now, the once red planet has large patches of green from forests and grasslands, all of

which cover nearly one third of the planet. Another third is covered by red deserts and the last being covered by water.

Venus

Venus hasn't changed much, not that a visual difference is very possible. People have attempted to colonize the planet, but

it resulted in the creation of the Zarref Warriors, an extremely brutal and cruel race of humans that only work to protect

themselves and anything they deem important, by any means necessary. The Sulfuric Acid in all parts of the atmosphere

makes any exploration impossible, meaning no one really knows the land mass of the planet, only markers and checkpoints for

getting to and from the colonies on Venus.

Pluto

The attempt to colonize Pluto was technically not a success or a failure. When people first came to the planet, the cold

surface beat the colonists atmosphere suits and they quickly began dying of hypothermia. They quickly installed thermal

heaters and the remaining colonists set up some camps. Eventually they received some atmospheric shields and installed

them as well. The water created by the shields quickly ended up creating a snow storm, taking the colonists by surprise.

When the shields were finally shut down, the storm had blown snow over a mile away, which would later melt and be

absorbed and create an atmosphere later. Pluto is now a world covered in snow. It has no other real features, just the

snow everywhere. Doesn't even really have mountains, just a lot of frozen plains.
