Alrighty, by demand I finally decided to try and work out how to upload files to this website.

After trying it on my laptop, I'm guessing you will need to have phoenix_phaerie's great Georgian windows, available here, Georgian Windows and here Georgian Windows 2

While the outside is landscaped, the interior is left fairly bare, for you to put your own stamp on it (as I prefer to completely gut a house when downloading). As a general guideline however, there are a few walls and flooring suggesting the placement of such rooms as the bathroom and kitchen. However, there is an option to create a master suite on the ground floor, with room to move, or upstairs with a view.

After an elongated delay, and some careful prodding from some active members of the community, I've come back to my site with gifts. 2B Yukon Street is based on the floor plan of a guest house that is being constructed in my backyard. It's a 2 bedroom house, with a single bathroom located between the two. The lot comes fully furnished, mainly of furniture from the IKEA stuffit pack, so if you do not have the pack, try using the CleanPackInstaller. On the other hand, I have all EP's up to and including Freetime, so you will need to have those installed to get the house to work.

I have left this as a blank canvas inside, mainly so as to not clutter it up with useless junk. The file is big enough as it is with the windows and plants. So apologies if you were hoping for a fully furnished abobe.

The design of this house is roughly echoeing the 1950's American suburbia lifestyle, thus the retro design features. A 3 bedroom house, with large backyard gives one the perfect space to grow a young family and live the perfect lifestyle.
