How To Find A Tournament To Play In |
In PoolPRo2, tournament directors work hard to supply a consistent supply of tournaments for your enjoyment.Use the tournament calendar link on the left menu of the main page to locate upcoming tournaments and special events on the ladder. This will outline all tourneys scheduled for that day. You may also click on week and it will show the week. It is recommended that you sign up 10-15 minutes before the tourney starts. The tournament director will not close the tournament early unless specified, however he/she may close it late. Please do not ask the TDs to close repeated. If they haven't closed, there is a reason for it.

How To Join A TourneyThere are two ways you may enter a tourney. One is using the quick jump box located at the left side. you will see a box that will fit six numbers. These six numbers will take you directly to the tournament page. For example, if the TD announces that he/she is hosting tournament #123456, you will enter that number into the jump number box, then hit your enter/return key on your keyboard.

How To Register For A TournamentOnce you have gotten to the tourney page (the page that is open once you have hit the enter key or after you have entered through the quick jump), you will have the option of registering for that tournament. If you use the quick jump box, once you hit enter, you would have registered the tourney. Please do NOT close the tourney page. You may need it to report your loss if you did.

How To Check-In For A TournamentDepending on how far in advance you signed up for the tournament, you may need to check yourself in. This feature is used to prevent players from losing matches if they signed up early and later found out that they would be unavailable for the tournament. Simply click the teams/check-in button. Enter your password, and the TD will be alerted that you are ready to play. If you sign-up after the TD has opened the check-in process, you will automatically be checked-in after registration.
Standings...the standings selection will show the bracket style listings of the tourney. This will show whom you will play in your upcoming matches.
Pairings...the pairings selection of Swiss style tournaments will layout the matches to be played.
Rules...tournament directors require players to read the rules before joining the tournament. If you disagree with the rules, do not join the tournament.
Report...the report selection is to be used to file all losses within a tourney. You will enter your team's password and then click next to the team that won the match. You are expected to report your loss(s) on the Tourney Page and also in lobby. Remember, if you lose do not use the report losses on myleague page. Those are for league matches only.

How To Play In League MatchesOnce you become a league member on PoolPro2, you may play other league members whenever you would like. To initiate a game, just ask if there are any PoolPro2 players interested in a "Best Off game" in the Poolroom of jippii.be . It is never very difficult to find a game. However, you can only play against another player 2 times per day and have it count as league matches. It is the loser's responsibility to report the losses of these matches. Before beginning a non-tournament match verify with your opponent that you are playing a PoolPro2 league match to be reported to the PoolPro2 left page. If you lose a PoolPro2 match, simply click on report loss selection on the left page. You will insert your ladder name and password as well as the opponent that defeated you.
