Big changes coming your way today. After a very long and extensive reading over of Azure-Rift, I will officially begin the rewrite and editing of it with many new additions and many drastic cut backs. To give an over view, the biggest change will be the title and positioning of the book in the saga. It will now be known as Twilight's Rift: The Opening Doors, becoming the first in the saga instead of a prequel and will follow much the same storyline as before yet with changes to character paths and alterations. The siblings will no longer be siblings, with Sheikis and Zunia gaining both a first and last name change and Zorin and Altyssiya changing their last names. I will be focusing more on the degenerating insanity of Vatier during the time he is possessed by the shadow of Dengdrasill, as well as bringing in characters from Sheikaris' days in the Sword Academy to be full time players. Cal, Miana and Elrie will be makign appearances as young children, with Cal and Elrie's parents, Enol and Reina Melstrin taking ont he role previously held by their children in the first version. The journey itself will focus mostly on Sheikaris and Zenna, and the Guardians and Sorceresses that they awaken will no longer accompany them along the journey. They will instead stay behind at the urging of Zenna to protect their cities from the approaching danger leaving Sheikaris and Zenna to continue on alone, thus bringing the character developements of them along at a steadier pace instead of a quick shot like before.
I will also be cutting back on the time gaps that I originally used before to explain where Cal and Elrie originated after Sheikaris awoke from his long spell induced slumber. I'm still causing the slumber to happen, but im cutting the time back to be around 10 to 12 years. Also included will be the full story I originally omitted that detailed Sheikaris while he was studying up on his Twilight power's in Gairavel, and what Zenna and the newly restored Vatier began to learn about the ancient Celestial Dragons and their struggle to find the other remaining three needed to complete the six embodiements of the dragons in human form. In keeping with the theme, I am making the Twilight, Oblivion and Salvation references main stays throughout the story lines, including references to the other realms at various points of conversation. Quick note about the Guardians and Sorceresses, they will still be main characters in the saga, so if your favorite was one of them don't worry, they will be getting plenty of written time in the story still. The final big change will be the infiltration of Savu-Ra-Kai and the Dark Citadel where the Dark Kaizer resides. Before I had a big grand battle played out with a big legion of warriors gathered behidn Sheikaris. Although I'm not finalized on if I will cut it or not, I am thinking of an alternate way to describe it and still let Sheikaris and the Dragons receive the recognition that they get at the end of ver.1. So that about sums it all up in a nut shell. be looking for the first revised chapters of Twilight's Rift: The Opening Doors to be posted in the near future on this and Twilight Sanctum. Twilight's Dawn will be on hiatus for the time being but will be resumed as I near the completion of Twilight's Rift. Until then, take care everyone!

Been working on some concept art for the new, more mature and battle hardened looks of the characters. I have got the base idea for Gez down and will be working on the other plate armor wearers following with Tekis, Vatier and Valterog. The cloth, leather and chain mail wears (such as Sheikis, Decki, Zorin, etc.) will be getting slight tweaks to their attire to show a more mature and older look, despite being only 22 years old in appearance. Chapter one of Twilight's Dawn will be up soon and i will begin the sketches of the new designs for the characters and try to get them up in the blasted photo gallery so you can voice your opinion. Been hard at work tonight, adding nice new full soundtrack music to the site. Specifically chosen to pertain to each section, the melodious metal songs of Dragonforce will now be gracing the Azure Sanctum. Along with that, I will begin to refresh and redo the biography listings to be more accurate to the way the characters are seen in Azure-Rift: The Opening Doors. Depending on whether or not anyone still comes here anymore, I am not dead! I have been away for a very long time, mostly impart to my own lack of creativity and justification to certain points of my life. BUT! The Twilight Series will continue! Even thought the Azure-Rift tale has come and gone, I will be working on an interlude story to show case and fill in the gaps of what happened both in Gairavel and Aina during Sheikaris' training and what the other Dragons and Guardians were doing at the beginning of the Second Catalyst. As for the first book of the Twilight Series, I will be resuming work upon that asap. My writer's block has been horrendous and I need to snap back to attention! Also, In the area for Houses of the Unholy, I will begin posting the Opening and first chapter to this modern day Occult/Dark story around October. So to everyone who still goes here, your patience will soon be rewarded! Take care!

Alrighty everyone. As I'm sure your gonna notice, I have added a new background to the site and changed the music around a bit. I have also finally added chapter 26 and chapter 27 should be close behind. Also, you all may want to start back at thebeginning of Azure-Rift, because I re posted all of th echapters with the editing I had been doing so some things have changed. One main change is that Zenna's name will now have two N's, since everyone seems to think she is Xena, Warrior princess

First of all, i wish to apologize for my long and frequent absence from the sanctum. I have been busy with my college studies and furthering my writing technique. I have also been dealing with the deliberation of possibly starting over fromt he very beginning with my story. But, I have decided to continue with it along the way it has been, and if I think I need to rewrite it later on then I shall tackle that obsticale when the time comes. For now,t he story continues. Im going to be giving the whole site a revamp,nnot to mention picking up with my other site, Advocates Cathedral to help get my side story, Houses of the Unholy up and running. I'll be adding that link up along with a new page layout, changes to earlier chapters of the story along with a long over due new chapter posting and new music and page effects. I'll have two weeks off after finals are complete, so if 'Im not to busy, Ill be getting back to work on Azure-Rift and bringing the Prequel to a close. Then, The Twilight Series shall begin!

A merry All Hallow's Eve to all among the sanctum! I know this may be quite a surprise to see me back here after such a long absence but fear not for the Twilight Dragon of Darkness has returned at last. In honor of the approaching Halloween, I shall be changing the music of the pages to the Halloween Town of the Nightmare Before Christmas level of Kingdom Heart I/II. Also, my story has begun anew and I should be updating it some time in the very near future. Oh, and yes I have finally received my laptop and since it has wireless capability I should be making appearances much more often, One last thing, be prepared for a new site in the future as well that shall have the Twilight Series written within. So to all the residents of my sanctum, do have a wonderful day, and only 20 more days till Halloween!
