Former Captain of the Black Pearl, and former first mate under Jack Sparrow, this man is one tough fighter, and pirate first class. He is also a Pirate Lord, and as fierce and cruel a nemesis as one would never wish to face.

Lord Cutler Beckett, Chairman EITCo

The ruthless Chairman of the EIC has come to Port Royal hoping to expand his business to the New World. However, he has already ruffled a few feathers, and is finding co-operating a hard thing to come by.

Governor Weatherby Swann, Colonial Official

The Governor is a jolly fellow, keen on seeing his daughter happy and his colony prosper. He takes pride in the fact that Port Royal, his beloved home, is pirate free and a safe place for any Englishman to reside.

Captain Davy Jones, Devil of the Sea

The tentacled Captain of the Flying Dutchman commands his crew with an iron claw. Harbouring souls and commanding the vicious Kraken, Jones enjoys his independence, and sees nothing as a threat to his immortality, except a certain chest.

Tia Dalma, Vodun Priestess

Once an immortal Sea Goddess known as Calypso, Tia Dalma is now a mystic, a seer, a purveyor of fortune and magical trinkets, but be warned, for she expects payment for her services.

Mercer, EITCo Assassin

A decidedly creepy man, he unquestioningly serves his master Lord Beckett, and is ever ready to be sure that his commands, once given, are obeyed unfailingly.

Bootstrap Bill Turner, Cursed Sailor

Father of Will Turner, Bootstrap was the one who sent the medallion so that the once cursed crew of Barbossa's would stay that way. Unfortunately though, he now is serving with yet another cursed crew.

Sao Feng, Pirate Lord

A Chinese pirate who makes Singapore his home base, he is the owner of several maps of a valuable nature. This man is able to see where his priorities should lie--with himself.

Marty, Pirate

He may be small in stature, but large in courage and ferocity. Whatever you do about Marty, just don't underestimate him.

Mr Cotton & Parrot, Pirates

Pirates, the both of them. Don't bother asking Cotton for his story, for he's a man of few...rather no words. How can a man who can't speak train a parrot to speak for him?

Officer on board the Endeavour, he assists his superiors with whatever tasks are assigned to him.

One of the hapless duo of Marines in the film, Murtogg is easier going than Mullroy, and more apt to believe fantastical stories. Has seen the Black Pearl.

Mullroy, Marine Private

Mullroy, of the two hapless marines in the film, is slightly more grounded in reality. Scoffs at Murtogg's belief that he has seen the Black Pearl.

Giselle, Lady of the Night

Outspoken woman who takes offense if one of her "clients" has been seeing the competition. Don't agree to pass on any messages for her--Will Turner will vouch for that.

Scarlett, Lady of the Night

Residing in Tortuga, Scarlett is one of the "Lady friends" of Jack Sparrow. She may not bite, but be careful, for she does slap hard.

Estrella, Maid

A maid in the Governor's household, she can be a bit forward when speaking with Elizabeth. Appreciates both Will Turner and Commodore Norrington as fine men.

Captain Teague, Keeper of the Code

Pirate's in Jack's blood, as his father, a former Pirate Lord, and the current Keeper of the Code proves. Like father, like son.

First lieutenant on board the Dauntless, Groves is a man who can appreciate talent where ever it is, even if in a pirate. But don't let that confuse you--for he is extremely loyal to the King.

A former associate of Jack Sparrow's, and now a member of his crew, this is one woman you do not want to make angry, or else....

Ragetti, Pirate

At first glance, the one-eyed lanky pirate is not much to pick up on, yet he is more than he seems, and has the uncanny ability to pull spontaneous wisdom out of his…proverbial hat. A loyal dog of whoever asks him to be, Ragetti’s never far from the sight of his companion and fellow pirate, Pintel, who alongside him were undead for a decade.

Pintel, Pirate

Gruff, uncomfortable around people, and an expert in wielding honesty like a blunt instrument of destruction, Pintel’s a gunner with a heart for riches and picture-only books, preferably of the naked woman kind, not that he’s seen many of those before. An avid story-teller and sometimes more ignorant than arrogant, he’s not nice. At all. Really.

Mallot, Pirate

The younger of the two pirate siblings consisting of himself and Grapple, Mallot is far less melancholy than humanly possible. The only thing that really gets him upset is when beer goes undrunk, wenches unwarmed, and when his hat goes missing. He lives freely, and prefers not to be a rotting skeleton as has happened in the past (and lasted for an entire decade before the curse of permanent numbness and greed was finally beaten out of him). He's also a bit of a musician...

Grapple, Pirate

A landlocked pirate all too thrilled to stay that way; provided, of course, he gets to sail home to do it. A bartender on Tortuga, and former undead sailor under Hector Barbossa’s reign of the Black pearl< Grapple just wants to go home to his kids and proceed to drink himself to death. Unfortunately, before all that can happen, he has to make sure his little brother doesn’t get them both killed before he gets anything to drink.

James Bell, Marine Private

A former thug, this man took the King's Shilling in order to save himself from the hangman's noose. You'd better be one of his mates, and not a turncoat, otherwise you might not be long for this life.

Eunice Bouchard, Tavern Wench

A middle aged woman, she isn't exactly what one would expect for the famed "Ladies of the Night" of Tortuga, but she's always been more than a pretty face. Gifted with business and management, she's one of the few women doing a man's work...as well as a woman's.

Nadine Brissot, Noblewoman

Her Grace, Nadine Brissot, was born in France and lived most of her life there, and moved to the Caribbean when her father decided that a move would benefit her health. Due to her mother giving up the title, Nadine has become the Duchess of Rhône. She is also a master violinist.

Rachel Brooks, Midwife

A woman who fled religious persecution in Great Britain, for the freedom in the colonies. Intelligent, educated, and capable, you would be hard pressed to find a better healer.

Alexander Burnet, Physician

A man with some startlingly modern views of medicine stuck in the 18th century. Abrasive and cynical, the man makes a habit, and hobby, of provoking arguments with others.

Henry "Jecks" Falstaff, Nouveau Pauvre

A Greek tragedy would be a more happy history than his own. He's held down what jobs he could, on both sides of the struggle between the French and English, and does what he can to survive.

A marine with an important secret--he's well respected by his peers, and well-liked--all the more reason to keep silent, otherwise he'd lose everything.

Barnaby Hales, Steward

St Montgomery's steward. Hales has spent the majority of his life as a domestic servant and it suits him. Unfortunately, Hales gets seasick easily and has come to greatly dislike being aboard ships. He was Norrington's steward for years and feels quite betrayed by the man's desertion from the Navy.

James "Crimson Jim" Maitland, Pirate Captain

If ever there were a born manipulator, with sway over others it would be Maitland. Fierce and ruthless, he is a well-known enemy of the British Crown, a position gained by his ceaseless urge to do all those associated with it harm.

Keegan McAllister, Child

Aged 13. Keegan is a young denizen of Port Royal whose loyalties lie with his family and himself. He's gotten mixed up with more questionable things as of late, and is having a difficult time finding his lot in life.

Brendan McIntyre, Marine Corporal

The Irish marine corporal has been in Port Royal for about four years, give or take. He is also exceptionally lucky; after being court-martialled for desertion from the Army, McIntyre survived an interrupted flogging and at present is languishing in hospital while his back heals.

Noah Rand, Tavern Worker

Noah came to Port Royal from the American colonies, where he had been sent by his father. He is an unusual sort, mostly notable for his clumsiness. He also have a very precious secret - he often dresses as a woman and ventures out in public in gowns and bonnets.

Oliver Somerset, the Lord Lennox

The younger son of the late Marquis of Worcester, and the brother and heir apparent of the current Marquis, Oliver Somerset is an energetically optimistic and enthusiastic child. He's supposed to be known as Lord Lennox, but often fails to inform people of his proper title. He lives in Port Royal with his brother and his grandmother.

William Springfield, Marine Private

A member of His Majesty's Marines, Springfield was a former brewer's apprentice, who fled to avoid a marriage to the girl he slept with. Unfailingly loyal to his peers, he will stand beside them no matter what.

Commodore Frederick St. Montgomery, RN Officer

He became captain of HMS Dauntless in the wake of Norrington's disgraceful flight, and sees the post as his reward and an opportunity to to increase his profits and prestige, though he is certain the leave things far worse than he found them.

Horace Tennyson, Apprentice Printer

A young man who journeyed with his uncle to the West Indies to become his apprentice, he now makes his home in Tortuga, after being kidnapped by Ruben, an aspiring printer.

George Thompson, Marine Private

A Private in His Majesty's Marines, he was originally the son of a prostitute who had little in the way of a future for him. But now he is one of the brave men who protects Port Royale from the pirate menace.

Welkin Thorne, Siren

Aged 17. A young siren masquerading as an amaneusis, Welkin is doing his siren thing to women of Port Royal. He hasn't gotten involved in much because he just arrived and doesn't want to raise suspicions. He lives with Lord Chadwick as his assistant.

Ruben Velazquez, Printer

Aged 27. Ruben is a self-proclaimed printer-pirate with his own press in Tortuga. His ultimate goal is to publish his own stories and writings, and now that he's "acquired" a young printing apprentice named Horace from Port Royal, it now seems possible.

Benjamin Wingfield, Grenadier

The big grenadier is one of the select men of the Twenty-ninth Regiment of Foot who stayed behind in Port Royal when the rest left for Kingston. Somewhat slow-witted, Wingfield concerns himself only with events within his company.

Sweet Parrot, Prophetic Animal

A most curious and self-righteous bird (yes, I said self-righteous), Sweet Parrot is the voice of the Lord on Earth. Woe to all blasphemers and heathens who question this prophet, and his Lord!
