General Informaiton
Terms and Conditions:
-Production will start upon receipt of payment.
-Amount charged on this invoice excludes customs duties, tariffs, import taxes and freight which will be for account of the buyer.
-Amount transmitted should be at its full value as per total invoice amount.
-Financial charges should be paid separately and not to be deducted from the invoice value.
Payment
We accept payment through Paypal or Bank Transfer.
Leadtime
Leadtime is Fifteen to Twenty Two working days excluding transit time.
Shipping Method:
We ship our products via courier. Tracking number is provided upon shipment of item/s.
Return Policy
We have a return policy of of seven (7) calendar days upon the receipt of goods. Should a client wishes to return an item, he must notify us through e-mail wherefore, we will send him a Return Form that he will need to fill up and e-mail to us within forty eight (48) hours. Upon review of the filled up form we will give the client a return authorization number that he will need to indicate on the form and enclose the form with the package to be returned. We will not entertain a return without an authorization number and we will not accept items without proper and prior notification. The item must be returned in the condition that it was received. Item/s returned should not have been tampered or modified in any way. Freight cost, customs tax, duties, tariffs will be at client’s cost.
Method of refunding
AZR will only refund based on the price the item was paid exclusive of freight cost, customs duties, taxes and finance charges. Refund will be paid thru PayPal. Finance charges to be borne by the client.
Customer Liability
AZR Machine & Tool Co. will not be responsible for items confiscated or held by customs authorities in the country of destination. Please make sure that Airsoft is accepted by your Country’s Laws.
