Terms and Conditions:
1.) Production will start upon receipt of payment.
2.) Amount charged on this invoice excludes customs duties, tariffs, import taxes and freight which ill be for account of the buyer.
3.) Amount transmitted should be at its full value as per total invoice amount.
Financial charges or Bank Chargers should be paid separately and not to be deducted from the invoice value.
4.) Lead-time varies depending on the item/s ordered. Or 22 - 30 working days.
5.) All job order will need approval from the consignee before we ship it to you. Once the items are approved we will ship it.
6.) Once the package has been accepted by the Courier . All responsibilities for Loss or Damages of the product are for the Courier.
Make Sure that item is received in good condition so that you may properly make a claim with the Courier.
7.)Tracking Number
We will send you a tracking number so that you can track the movements of your items. Make sure and review the details
are properly written out on the tracking details . If you notice any misinformation you must contact Us or the Courier
immediately so that information can be properly arranged.
8.) Refund:
If you will file for a refund. You must show your reasons in clear images to show the defect of the item along with
explanation of the defect. A claim for refund more than three (3) days from the receipt of the package will be denied refund.
In case you will file for a refund only the amount of the item will be refunded. Shipping Cost /Charges / Taxes Duties are non refundable.
If you decided to file for refund you must email Us. Explain your reasons. If it is acceptable, we will give you a return form that you
must accomplish and send back to Us. Once we acknowledge this form you should return the package the way and manner it was received.
"own expense". To return the package you must use only our nominated shipper for returning items any other means is not acceptable.
When we receive your returned package will first determine if the defect was of our own. But if we establish that the defect or damage
was because of your Misuse or Mishandling we will deny any refund.
9.) Damage or lost Goods
If your package was damaged or lost during transit period. We should be notified of this within 24 hrs of receipt of
the information so that we can lodge your concern with the shipping company. Once your concern progress to a accepted claim.
We will replace your items free of charge and no shipping charges will be collected for the replacement items.
Do note that your items are custom made and will require a lead time for a replacement to arrive.
10.) Buyers liability
Items you import from Us by any reasons that it gets held or confiscated by your Countries Customs is your responsibility.
Will not be held responsible for this. We strongly advice that you make sure that this items are legal for you to import.
Make sure that your Country Customs Authority allows you to import these items. We we not be held responsible if your shipments
get confiscated or held for reasons that your Law forbid this items to enter your country.
We will not refund payments made if your package gets held for these reasons. We strongly advice to make sure of your right to import.
