Membership shall be open to all persons eighteen years of age and older who subscribe to the purposes of the Club.
Non-voting Junior Membership available to youngsters 10-17 years of age.

By submitting this application I/we agree to abide by the By-Laws and Rules and Regulations of the Arizona Chinese Shar-Pei Club of Phoenix (AZCSPCP),
the Chinese Shar-Pei Club of America, Inc. (CSPCA), and the American Kennel Club (AKC)
Under the Revenue Act of 1987, please be advised that the membership fees, dues and contributions
to this organization are not deductible as charitable donations
All applications submitted are brought before the membership at the next regularly scheduled meeting for consideration. Those applications are then voted on at the regularly scheduled meeting thereafter.
The right to edit all material or refuse to print material submitted is reserved by the AZCSPCP web site, through its Editor, and the Board of Directors.
