- Friday 17:00 - 18:20
- Sunday 21:00 - 22:15 (Invite only)

Below is a calendar showing all our training sessions. To make sure that there is a session, just check here. If we are going to a tournament, then we may have to cancel practices. Sunday trainings will remain as development training but in the future they may be first team only. If you have any queries, just contact any of the committee.
NB: Practices do not happen outside of term time. However, I'm sure anyone would be welcome to train with the Norwich Open team over these periods.
