Aye-Aye also has a women's team, known as Birds-Aye. Birds-Aye has also done very well in the past year coming 7th at the University Women's Indoor Regionals. We hope to improve on this and make Nationals this year. The women's team is full of all abilities, from people that have played for 3 years to those who have only recently become addicted! Aye-Aye have also had two players in the GB Women's Junior team.

Outside of the regular Aye-Aye training sessions, we have one women's specific practise a week, with extra sessions closer to tournaments to make sure we're shit hot! The beauty of Ultimate is that it is a mixed sport, so women are encouraged to attend as many of the other practises (and socials) as possible.

We consider ourselves incredibly friendly and approachable so if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask!

To get in contact about joining the Aye-Aye girls, contact the Women's Captain Becky. There will also be a specific Women's Ultimate Frisbee stall at Sportsmart this year, just pop in if you want to have a chat before considering us. We know you won't go wrong.
