Current Status:
Mp3 Rotation:
#53: November 8, 2009
Requests: Open
Current Video: Thelma Aoyama - Daikkirai Demo Arigatou

Rules:

  1. Okay, I know no one follows this, but you must delete these songs after 24-48 hours or buy the CDs. You can buy Asian CDs at Yesasia, CD Japan, and Amazon.
  2. I don't zip files because I'm lazy, but if you have a decent internet speed you should be fine. And passwords are stupid. So I don't do that either. =D
  3. SUPPORT THE ARTISTS! =D I don't want these artists to quit because no one wants to buy their CDs. You can buy CDs from Amazon, YesAsia, and other anime stores and Asia-specific stores.
  4. I'm not responsible for computer deaths (or comas)...these files all work fine for me. >_>
  5. PLEASE COMMENT! It makes me happy to know that people actually come to my site. Even if you just want to say hi, I want to hear it! Please let me know how you like the rotations. It only takes a few seconds. You don't even have to tell me what you took. I would really appreciate it if you commented. I guarantee you won't be wasting your time. =D
  6. Did I mention that you should by the CDs?

Comment Here!! -->

I'm BACK! Sorry I took so long. As consolation, I'm uploading 10 songs this week, even though I only got 5 comments on the last rotation. If comments continue to dwindle like this, Much Love will inevitably die, so keep commenting guys! It really means a lot to me.

Single: Tightrope - 09/23/2009
#1. D - Tightrope
Japanese | Jrock | Heavy rock
3:43 | 8.55
Eh, I don't particularly find this song all that attractive, but that's because heavy rock is no longer a type of music that I enjoy. While this song does sit higher on my like list than others of its genre, I still don't particularly care for it. I'm sure it's quite good as rock goes. I've never been a good judge of that. xD; I do enjoy the vocals, however, and the song feels more organized than other rock songs like it, although I don't feel that it stands out very well. I don't know. If you like rock, try it out. =]

Album: The Adult Storybook - 01/16/2009
#2. Joanna Wang - Tikiville (Chinese version)
Chinese | Cpop | Blues-y pop
3:51 | 8.88
Ah, Joanna Wang is an artist I've only recently come to find out about. She is a relatively new artist, having made her debut only in 2008. She is a very unique singer; her voice and musical style is very old fashioned, but it is fantastic. I love it! It's so unique and original, and in an entertainment world where all music tends to sound the same, that is definitely an asset. I am loving this blues-y, cheerful song, with Joanna's great voice. It's definitely something worth trying out!

Album: Jacaranda - 05/13/2009
#3. tacica - Tile
Japanese | Jrock | Pop rock
4:08 | 9.54
Tacica is one of those Japanese rock bands who don't sound like every other band out there, which is wonderful. They are somewhat reminiscent of Asian Kung-fu Generation, maybe, or a similar band. Their music is pretty poppy, and the vocalist has a pretty unique voice, which adds to the distinct quality of the music. This song is, unfortunately, not their best, but it is a start into exploring the band's music. I wouldn't judge the band based on this song, but it's not a bad listen. It's good to try out, at the very least!

Album: First Love - 12/01/2001
#4. Yiruma - Till I Find You
none | Korean Instrumental | Piano Solo
3:43 | 8.56
I looooove piano pieces! Yiruma is a fantastic piano composer. This song is a sweet and soft piano piece, reminiscent of love and full of yearning. It's very pretty, beautifully played and composed. This song does not ring in my ears as particularly beautiful and doesn't stand out, but it certainly is a very nice song. I recommend it!

Album: Depafuyu - 11/26/2008
#5. DEPAPEPE - Time
none | Japanese Instrumental | Acoustic
3:09 | 4.88
I loooooove acoustic guitar pieces, and DEPAPEPE gives some of the best. I love the overall feel that a pair of acoustic guitars gives. This song in particular is from their album Depafuyu, so reminds me of a quite winter morning. Perhaps one is thinking about life, and the past, but there are no dark parts of the song, so I feel like it's representative of sweet memories. I love it! Absolutely love it. DEPAPEPE captures my heart once again.

Album: If I Believe - 07/09/2003
Album: Wish You the Best - 01/01/2004
Album: All My Best - 09/09/2009
#6. Mai Kuraki - Time After Time
Japanese | Jpop | Medium ballads
4:12 | 3.85
I normally don't really care for Mai Kuraki's songs, but I rather enjoy this one. It's got her typical soft and slightly weak vocals, but the melody and the beat of the song lends itself to be sung beautifully. Unfortunately, I think the quality of my mp3 is not that good, so the song is not as clear and beautiful as it could be. However, it is still an enjoyable song. Out of Mai's music, I would recommend it.

Album: popdod - 06/04/2008
#7. BEAT CRUSADERS - TIME FLIES, EVERYTHING GOES
English | Jrock | Pop rock/punk rock
2:47 | 3.87
I love Beat Crusaders! Their music so obnoxious and punky, but not annoyingly so, and they aren't emo, which is definitely a plus. This song is so fun and peppy, full of lots of the punk rock you'd expect from Beat Crusaders. The chorus is a bit unvarying but the rest of the song is great. Definitely a taker, for sure!

Album: BEST of CRYSTAL KAY (Limited Edition) - 09/02/2009
#8. Crystal Kay - Private Dancers feat. Mummy-D & KREVA
Japanese | Jpop | Dance
6:05 | 14.0
This is definitely a great dance number from Crystal. I like KREVA but I don't know anything about Mummy-D, but it doesn't matter because the combination of the three of them makes a really great dance number. Crystal's vocals are, as always, fantastic. The beat and the synthetic arrangements of the song are what make it the best. The chorus is kind of okay, but the verses are pretty good, as well as the rap. Overall, this is a good song to dance to, I feel, a song that might be played in the background of a movie scene that's set in a club or something. xD; It's good, trust me.

Single: Dui Mian De Nu Hai Kan Guo Lai (Hey Girl Look This Way) - 09/01/1998
#9. Richie Ren - Dui Mian De Nu Hai Kan Guo Lai (Hey Girl Look This Way)
Chinese | Cpop | Upbeat (but not) pop
3:09 | 2.89
I love this song so much! It's so ridiculous. xD; It sounds so happy and cheerful if you don't know the lyrics, but if you know the lyrics you know how he's talking about how no girls look at him or like him. It's so sad! lol. But I love the melody and the beat, and the arrangement. It's paradoxically fun. xD; A really great song! xD

Album: Tegomass no Uta - 07/15/2009
#10. Tegomass - Kiss ~Kaerimichi no Love Song~
Japanese | Jpop | Happy Ballads
4:11 | 9.59
I. Love. This. Song. OMG! So if you've seen the anime "Lovely Complex", it's the ending theme. I LOVE LOVELY COMPLEX, and I LOVE TEGOMASS, so this song becomes absolute love for me. It's such a sweet and happy ballad~ It makes me so happy. xD; They are so cute and the song is so sweet and omg. xD; If you love boyband and boyband ballads then you need to download this song. xD;
