"The Ghastly Grinner"
Appearing in the episode "Tale of the Ghastly Grinner", the grinner turned all his victims into mindless laughing idiots. His victims had an oozing blue jelly substance coming from there mouths. He was brought to life from a comic book by a microwave. However he was killed when Hooper erased his face on a story board card. In my opinion this was one of the best episodes.
"Zeebo"
Zeebo appeared in "Laughing in the Dark", the second Are you of the Dark episode. He lived behind the door number 6 in a spook house named after the title. Zeebo was a fan of cigars and went after a kid when he took his nose as a dare. "Laughing in the Dark" and Zeebo himself have been mentioned in a few other Are You Afraid of the Dark episodes as comic books or video game titles.
"Nosferatu"
Nosferatu was an actual silent movie in 1922. In "The Tale of Midnight Madness", the film was given to an old theater by Dr. Vink. The vampire walked out of the movie and tried to kill all the employees. He was killed when one of them jumped into the movie and released sunlight on the vampire.
"The Virus"
In "The Tale of the Renegade Virus", a jealous little brother put a virus into a new real life game simulator to get back at his older brother. In the game, the virus tried to take over the boys brain by plugging himself into him by his hand. The virus was killed when the game was aborted.
"Frozen Ghost"
In "The Tale of the Frozen Ghost" a little boy died by freezing to death. He haunted 2 kids by saying "I'm cold" hoping they would help him get his jacket from inside a log.
"Nazrak"
Nazrak's mission in "The Tale of the Magician's Assistant" was to get his hands on the magic wand. He could take on any human form. After fooling a boy into giving it to him, he was killed by magical rule number 3... Never get caught in your own reflection.
