Awesome Paws Grooming has been in business since 2000, first in the Thornhill Area and now  in Innisfil. We provide a very comfortable and safe grooming experience for your pet.

Since we groom just one pet at a time, your pet will not be exposed to a shop full of other pets, and the health risks that entails.  Your pet will have one on one attention for their entire stay, and no risk of catching anything from a shop-full of dogs. 

Our grooming style really works for nervous,disabled or senior pets, offering a supportive and quiet environment. 

We use only Nature's Choice and Groomer's Edge premium shampoos and conditioners, to ensure your pet will not only look their best, but smell and  feel their best too!

Your pet’s spa day will include a brush out, shampoo, conditioning if needed, ear cleaning, ear plucking if needed, nail clipping, and hand drying.  We do not cage dry. Nail dremelling and de-matting is available for an extra charge. 

Pick up and delivery of your pet in our service area is included with the cost of your groom. You will also receive a “Groom Report”  when your pet comes home, complete with all the details of the groom, and anything we find that’s out of the ordinary. We want to support health for your pet.

We groom most dog breeds,  cats, and other smaller creatures in need of a spa day. 

Prices for all breeds and coat-styles vary, and start at $30.

  We offer seniors a 10% discount .

 Michelle Ward has been grooming since 1998 and is a Certified Pet Care Professional.  She owned and operated a very successful pet salon in Thornhill , and has many years of retail management experience in the Pet Care field. 

Karen Ward is a  Certified Pet  Care Professional  and has been grooming pets since 2000.  She also holds a BA from York University, and has studied holistic healing methods for pets, and species appropriate raw diets.

Both Karen and Michelle are graduates of Pets Beautiful Grooming Academy.
