Awakened Recoveries assists people in recovery from
alcoholism, addiction and other life tragedies in finding their own spiritual
awakening as an integral part of the program of recovery contained in the
Twelve Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous. Awakened Recoveries offers for sale
the book The Spirituality of Sobriety, by Gregg D., and arranges
week-end retreats, in-house programs and seminars based on the principles
contained in the book for those in recovery and the therapists and
professional staff working with them.

The Spirituality of Sobriety treats the Twelve Step program of recovery of Alcoholics Anonymous as
an integrated spiritual path, valid in its own right, leading the
practitioner to a spiritual awakening.
Drawing on his own experience, as well as others in recovery, Gregg
guides the reader through the AA literature revealing the path to the
spiritual awakening at the Twelfth Step.
In retreats and workshops, Gregg assists participants in moving from
the theory of the book to the experiential in their own lives.
