Club nights are on Mondays from 6:30pm at Seaton Scout Hut in Scalwell Lane. We are all aged between 11-17 but we are part of a larger club with member of up to 70 years old.
We like to take part in sessions with the older members sometimes so we have a 1.9 mile handicap race on the first Monday in each month and also hold occasional special events such as racing a tram from Seaton to Colyton and the infamous Mars Bar Relays.
Outside of the club night we like to take part in other activites such as the Exeter 3k Series or other local races such as the Musbury Challenge Fun Run and the Children in Need Colyton race.
We are a very fun related club and take on new members of any ability; so whether your aiming to become a good athlete or you want to run to get fit, You are very welcome at Axe Valley Runners!
We are limiting the number of junior members to 20 for the time
being due to concerns over safety whilst escorting the juniors to the car park or
sea front etc.
