FIRST IMPRESSION |
The first impression is that the home page is really crowded with a lot of information and the consumer would not know where to go to look for a certain product. The layout of this web site for sure is not user friendly. There is no drop down for their product lines either .It looks as if the website was designed in a rush, without any regards to the consumers who will be visiting this website. The design is not very well planned as all the pictures are just spread out on the website and not organized. The graphics on the website are out dated by the company’s standards. Their notebooks don’t look good at all. The colours on the website is not very attractive (white and gray). They do not add enthusiasm, but dullness to it. |

NAVIGATION |
It’s not an easy website to navigate. They have a lot of products and services and looking for a certain notebook is not easy since they are not divided into clear categories. |

UPDATES |
They update their promotions on a regular basis. |

DIFFICULTIES |
Once you have eventually found your way to the notebook section, their product line is displayed in term of codes of the machine and there are no pictures of the product to let the customer know what the products look like. |

E-COMMERCE |
They don’t have a different section dedicated to e-commerce in order to encourage customers to buy online. Until the moment the customer selects a certain product, he/she does not have the option to buy it online. This can drive many customers away as a result. |

This website is really not a good example of a user friendly website. It was not designed keeping the consumers in mind. It ruins the company’s image in the consumer’s minds and creates a dislike for their products. |
