Is Your Senior Signed Up for Grad Night Activities?

There is a $150 fee for the Senior Breakfast and Grad Night events.  The Senior Breakfast is a parent-organized breakfast that is held immediately following the Senior Ball in May, from 12:30 a.m. to 3:30 a.m.  Grad Night is a safe and sober graduation party that is organized by the parents of Amador seniors.  There is still time for your senior to sign up to participate in the Senior Breakfast and Grad Night Activities!  Please contact Vanora Benjamin at vanorabenjamin@yahoo.com, or by phone at (925) 462-7420. To download forms for Grad Night and the Senior Breakfast, just click on the icon to the left for the Senior Event form and print it out!  You can check all events on the "Senior Events" page. P.S. The late fee has been waived so please disregard it on the Grad Night form---the fee is STILL just $150 for a night of fun!!

We Need YOUR Help!

There are still some critical chair positions open that need to be filled. Interested persons are encouraged to contact Monica McCafferty (Monica@discovery.com) or Debbie Shotwell (dshotwell@taleo.com) for more information.  The open positions are:

• Entertainment Chair
• Prizes and Donations Chair
• Clean-Up Chair
• Junior Parent Chair (to assist with decorating set-up on 6/15!)

Also, if you have a business or work for someone who may be interested in donating snacks for Grad Night, please contact Monica McCafferty (Monica@discovery.com) or Debbie Shotwell (dshotwell@taleo.com).

Volunteers are needed to help with the Senior Breakfast from 12:30a.m-3:30am on Sunday, May 20th (following Senior Ball). We need 9 casino dealers for Black Jack, Roulette, and Texas Hold'em.  Please contact Diana Tucker, the Volunteer Coordinator, at dtucker@mac.com if you are interested in helping with any of these positions.
