Well, this is it! The big epic of Autumn Rain! Please enjoy, what has been posted so far. I truly hope that you will enjoy reading it, as much as I have enjoyed these past few days of writing it!

(Sorry about the hard to read text.)

Prologue

Phantasia heaved a tired sigh, as she sat down by the brook in the forest in which she called home. The bright, golden rays of sunlight reined down on her, as she lay herself gently on the crispy autumn leaves that dotted the beige grounds.

"Phantasia!" cried Ara, her best friend. "You won't believe what I found back in town! We have to tell the guys about this!"

Phantasia glanced up. "A-Aara... what are you doing here? What's with whatever's in town? So important that we've ought to tell Derek and Aaron about?"

Ara smiled. She was the wealthiest in the town in which she lived in, and these days almost never had time to come and visit her best friend Phantasia, a rather poor fellow who lived in the dark, frigid forests alone with her father in a small cottage by her mother's grave. Ara was outgoing, bright, and a simple beauty.

Phantasia glanced at her cottage beneath a beautiful large sycamore of golden-bronze leaves. "Well, OK. My father isn't here right now, and I'm not sure if he would like it if I took our other horse, Spotty..."

"I'm sure he'd understand, Phanny," Ara explained, smiling down at her bashful, timid, pure hearted friend. She knew that Phantasia's mother had died after falling off her horse.

Phantasia smiled. Her long, mud brown hair gleamed as it flew radiantly in the strong, silver breezes. Her violet eyes sparkled, as the sun glittered on her rustic, short, beige hued dress. Even her pale, tan skin glistened. "I suppose so..."

Ara beamed. She was always confident, and sometimes even overconfident. "I know so, Phantasia! Come on!" Ara had long, black hair that was always pulled back in a rather small bun with messy wisps of hair. Mounting her horse once more, Ara took off ahead as with hesitation, Phantasia did as well.

"May you please tell me now what is happening in town?" Phantasia asked gleefully as she followed Ara's snow white horse.

"Sure," shrugged Ara, simply. She was quick on her horse and rode fearlessly through the ebony forest. "Back in town, they are looking for an Autumn Rain force! I think You, Derek, Aaron, and I are perfect for the job!"

"Whatever you say," Phantasia simply shrugged. She was never quite as confident as her outgoing friend, Ara.

In no time, they arrived at the lake, where the boys spent their days as orphans. "Hey guys!" cried Ara. "Long time no see!"

Phantasia looked away as Derek stared at her. "We were wondering if..." Phantasia finally smiled and turned to both of the sixteen year olds.

"Guess what, you guys! The men back in town are looking for the Autumn Rain forces!" cried an overjoyed Ara.

"What's the prize for finding them?" wondered Derek aloud.

Ara rolled her eyes. "No, silly. They are looking for the future Autumn Rain force- US!"

"It's been announced?" Aaron's large, chestnut eyes widened. "You two rule! When's the crowning ceremony?"

"Never if you keep this absentminded attitude of yours up," snapped Ara. "Are you guys interested in proving us worthy?"

"Sure," Derek shrugged. His bright, saphire eyes sparkled, and his chestnut hair blew in the swift, autumn winds. His silver, light armor gleamed, as well did his sword. "I'd love that!"

   Aaron shrugged. "Count me in."

With this, all three set down their weapons. Ara lay down her whip, still gently grasping onto it. Phantasia joined in, layind down her scythe as if she knew that Ara wanted everyone to join in the group high five. Soon enough Derek laid his sword down, Aaron joining.
