Austin is a handsome boy with very correct structure and movement.  He is a nicely balanced, well muscled dog with a very nice strong rear, good front and a solid topline with shoulder blades well layed back.  Austin has beautiful flowing movement with good reach and drive and is clean coming and going.

Austin is an intelligent dog with the drive and conformation to compete in performance.  He is biddable, can take corrections and is a joy to live with.  His energetic, willing to please attitude makes him easy to train no matter the venue.  While Austin demonstrates the necessary drive to excel in the training and trial arena's, he has a wonderful off switch in the home and is content being with his people and lazing at their feet.

Riley is our much anticipated pup out of our boy, Austin.  We waited six years for the right cross to come along and are thrilled to offer some of the Old Arizona lines into our breeding program.   At the tender age of just ten weeks, Riley already shows promise in tracking.

Riley has been introduced to sheep and looks to take after his dad, Austin, in herding instinct.  Watch for this boy in the herding arena as he matures!

Showdown puppies are for sale to approved homes only.  Our Puppies are raised in the home and under foot where they are properly socialized and exposed to the day to day sounds of the every day household. Once puppies reach a certain age appropriate to weather conditions, we allow plenty of outdoor playtime, activity and socialization.  Our puppies are raised under the following Programs: Dr. Carmen L. Battaglia's Early Neurological Stimulation program from day 3-16. After this, we follow Pat Hastings  Rules of Seven program in order to provide our puppies with the best possible start in life, making for well rounded puppies. Showdown puppies are "started" on crate training, leash breaking, and the all important "wait" command.  In addition, they are started on potty training before heading off to their new homes. Puppies will be properly dewormed, given at least one vaccination and will have their eyes checked by a certified ophthalmologist before going to their new homes. All puppies will be sold with written contracts and guarantees.  Pet puppies will be sold only on spay/neuter contracts and with Limited Registration.  Terms on show/breeding quality pups will be spelled out in individual contracts. While we do encourage you to place your name on our waiting lists for current litters, please keep in mind that those who choose to pay a Reservation fee for their puppy will take precedence over those who are on the waiting list with no reservation fee. Once the litter is on the ground, No Reservation on a puppy will be held without a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 which will be applied toward the purchase price of the puppy.  Please ask us about our Rebate Program for qualified titles earned on your Showdown dog!

We Have Nothing Available at This Time.

Please Stay Tuned for Upcoming Litter Plans in 2016!

If you are currently looking for puppies or young adults, I will be happy to refer you to a reputable breeder in your area.  Please feel free to contact me at aussiedogs4@aol.com
