((You know this is a very large distortion from real life. Maylene was really hurt by mean Shinji's comment on the last picture, and Shinji was actually trying to pull out a Pokemon on the first picture. Talk about a huge distortion))

It's Hikari's first gym battle and she wants to make sure she gets everything right and ready.
"I'm better than Ash, right? So I must win this." ~Hikari

Gym battle starts.

Hikari's first Pokemon is Buneary, while Maylene starts up with Meditite


Meditite uses Psychic on Buneary, a common technique.
