Introduction
This web page was once a randomly cobbled-together series of alarmist predictions and panicked pontification. But I shall from now on strive to maintain a high standard of quality, which is, after all, the least I can do for the readers who have strayed out of their way to visit a disused corner of the Internet. For those of you who have taken the time to read this far: thank you; I hope I will not waste your time.
Me
First of all, I am sure most of my readers will want to know something about me, to understand the viewpoint from which I gather and broadcast my observations. My true name is unimportant here: here, I am merely a conduit, a conveyor of information. I am simply a tool to be used against the ultimate tyrrany: the tyrrany of information denial. I am younger than many, but older than many. I have recently dealt with a large public school system, which has given me a fairly deep, if perhaps a bit warped and cynical view of the sociological universe.
Some may complain that I am merely indulging in cloak-and-dagger business by not revealing my true name, my age, my gender, my race. But who is to say that the race, gender, etc. that I claim to be is who I really am. It is essentially impossible to definitively establish the accuracy of whatever information you claim to hold. This is a terribly popularistic analogy, but life can often be like The Matrix: you are not sure if you are truly perceiving anything, or if you are somehow being decieved by some more intelligent entity.
If you cannot infer it from the passages above, I am a semi-solipsist, that is, I believe to some extent that the self is the only object that we as individuals can be entirely sure exists (but perhaps this too is some sort of illusion, which is why I am only a semi-solipsist). Treat the rest of the world as though it exists, but always be conscious of the fact that this might indeed be false.

Update News
- 2/3/07: I'm working on adding some CSS stylesheets to the site, so the formatting will probably be off for the next week or so.
- 2/2/07: I finally updated the ~IRL page! I'm also finally getting around to writing some new comics, too.
- 11/1/06: Don't expect too many updates in November, becauase I've decided to participate in National Novel Writing Month. Maybe I'll upload my "novel" when I finish it.
- 10/20/06: In case you hadn't noticed, the guestbook has been disabled because someone kept spamming it. Oh well. For all of those who signed it, I've still got your posts, they're just not up at the moment. I may or may not put the guestbook back in the future.
- 8/28/06: Fame at last! Syntrus, the author of the music for "Galatea," has asked to use Galatea as his music video on myspace. Thanks again to Syntrus! It's an honor!
- 8/25/2006: I've added some new pages and reshuffled the old ones. Things are shaping up well, although I'd like to learn more Javascript...
- 8/25/2006: "Galatea II" is in the works, but since I've just started at University, don't expect it to be done any time soon.
- 8/25/2006: The hit counter annoyed me, so I got rid of it.
- 7/13/2006: Uploaded the new and improved version of "Galatea", including preloader and sound compression! Much better than the old one!
- 7/14/2006: Completed and uploaded about 20 more seconds of "Galatea", and finally remedied the crappy sound compression. Going very well, and the file's still under 1 MB.
- 7/14/2006: Put the GMod poses on their own separate page so the Art page would load faster. Also added a "Play" and "Replay" button to "Galatea." Things are going swimmingly, but I need to replace the counter: It counts each hit, instead of each unique visitor, so when I fiddle around and then preview the site, I falsely inflate my hit count.
