These are the front covers of the first Ecco that came out, now I don't know if there are different covers to these, if they are let me know and I will try to upload them here, but anyway these are the covers I remeber seeing when I was young.
These are the screen shots from the first game, now I didn't take these shots, I just found them and thought I'd use them to show what the game looks like, as you can see it's the basic 2D game and it was very good for its time, even now it is.
Ok next up is Ecco Tides of Time:
These are from the second Ecco, I could only find two of these but if I find more I will try and put them here, anyway these are the front covers to the second game.
These are the screen shots from Ecco Tides of Time and again these are shots I've found on the net and on sites, but anyway in this version of Ecco the graphics seem to be alittle bit better, it looked smooth and sounded smooth, it also had these globs that you can use to change Ecco into a certain creature but only to what the level gives you and you have no choice over which creature it changes you into, it also involes going into the future aswell, so they really made a differences when they made this one.
Now onto Ecco Defender of the Future
These are the front covers to this version of Ecco.
These as you know are screen shots from Ecco Defender of the Future and this is where they have really done well with the graphics, I mean I'm really impressed by how they done the water, the creatures, even Ecco himself looks good, the story plot is different in this one, not that much different but different, instead of fighting Vortexs your fighting the Foe and other creatures of the sea, so it is alittle change there, the music is very well done, it's like listening to those relaxtion musics but different and the story, if you have an imagenation, can be gripping aswell, so it is a good game to play but very hard to do, as I had noticed.
