Aspergers Syndrome

Whats it like?

About me

My name is Rachel and I have Aspergers Syndrome.

Having Aspergers is like being on a different planet. No one understands me and I understand no one. Sometimes having Aspergers is really annoying because, for example, at school, I get special treatment or other people pick on me because I'm weird or different. I'm not at school at the moment. I'm in year 10 so I've only got less than a year and a half left of it. I have had big problems in school since I started secondary school. I was alright in primary. In year 7, I got loads of detentions. I got into a bit of trouble to. In year 8, I can't really remember anything apart from english where the teacher always shouted at me. Year 9 was terrible. I was skiving some lessons and I was self harming. I was having more arguments at home and I was getting into so much trouble at school. By the end of the year, my left arm was completey covered in scars. You can still see them. They are faintish, but you can still see them. I ended up not going to school for however much was left of it. In year 10, I have been excluded about 4 times I think, for skiving and for doing stupid things. I haven't been to school now for about 3 months now.

Aspergers kids normally have a favorite topic that they are very interested in. For me its cars. The bodywork. The rims, alloys. The spoilers. Body kits. Interior. Engine. My favorites ate the Mercades McClaren SLR, Aston Martin DB9, Vauxhall Monaro, Pagani Zonda, Ferrari Enzo, Cadallic Escalade and many more. I will make a page later and put my favorite things on it.

I have others pages which will tell you about Aspergers Syndrome, what you can do to help and other things, including my life and I how dealed with this world. Thankyou and I hope you learn from my website and enjoy it at the same time.

Rachel.
