There have been seven Narnia books. Each of them are captivating and very enjoyable. Here we have given some information on each of them.

The Magician's Nephew

The Magician's Nephew is the first book in the Narnia series, however it was not the first book by C.S Lewis. The main heroes are Digory and Polly. 

Digory's uncle is actually a wicked magician. Digory and Polly are tricked by him and suddenly enter a magical world. What will happen there ?

The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe

The second book in the Narnia series and also the first one written by Lewis, the main heroes of this book are Peter, Susan, Edmund and Lucy.

Staying with their uncle, Lucy sudenly opens a wardrobe and steps into another world. What will happen when after that, all the other children come into Narnia ?

The Horse and his Boy

The third book in the Narnia series, the main heroes of the book are Shasta, Aravis, Bree and Hwin.

Shasta, a Calormene boy, escapes to Narnia with the talking horse, Bree. On their journey, they meet up with Aravis. She is a Calormene princess who is also escaping to Narnia with her talking mare, Hwin.

But escaping to Narnia is not easy. They have to sneak through many cities disguised. And when Shasta reaches Narnia, he has to fight the battle on which the future of Narnia depends.

Prince Caspian

The fourth book of the Narnia series, the heroes are again Peter, Susan, Edmund and Lucy.

Narnia is in trouble. The Calormene ruler, Miraz is cruel. He attempts to rid Narnia of all the talking beasts and such. However, Caspian, his nephew, does not share this.

Called into Narnia by the loyal Narnians, the children fight a battle against the cruel Miraz. What will happen there ?

The Voyage of the Dawn Treader

The fifth book of the Narnia series and widely acknowledged as their favourite, "The Voyage of the Dawn Treader:" is one of the best books in the Narnia series.

Staying with their disagreeable aunt and uncle and their newphew Eustace, Edmund and Lucy and Eustace look at a picture of a ship and suddenly are sucked into the Narnian sea,

There they are put aboard by Caspian. Caspian is searching for seven men banished from the kingdom in the last book under Miraz's rule. They plan to go to the end of the world to find them. But going to the end of the world is not going to be easy. What adventures will happen to them ?

The Silver Chair

The sixth book of the Narnia series, and the heroes are Eustace and Jill. Eustace and Jill trying to escape the horrors of their boarding-school find themselves in Narnia.

They are told by Aslan to find a prince who has disappeared many years ago. Aslan gives them some signs by which they can find the prince. With the help of Puddleglum, a Marsh-wiggle, they set off.

But, it is not easy to find him. They forget the signs and once get trapped in a giant's mansion. Can they ever find the prince and rescue him ?

The Last Battle

The seventh and final book of the Narnia series and also acknowledged by many to be their favourite book. All the past heroes of the world of Narnia (except Susan) show themselves in Narnia which is a magnificent end to the series.

Civil war rages in Narnia. A donkey dressed as a lion poses as Aslan is going about give strange orders. Eustace and Jill and the then king of Narnia try to save the sitaution. However they have to fight a battle which seems doomed to end in the destruction of them. What will happen ? Will Aslan save them ?
