Terms and Conditions Terms and conditions [“T&Cs”] are
necessary to ensure that important matters are made explicit and that
customers are informed and aware. Matters that are merely assumed or implied,
are open to misunderstanding. Consequently, T&Cs have more than one
purpose. They serve to ensure that all customers are treated fairly and
reasonably and they protect our business. Naturally, we have kept the T&Cs
as simple and concise as possible. Please read them and make yourself
familiar with the content. All invoices or sums due must be paid
promptly, within 14 calendar days for domestic and 28 calendar for
commercial/contract works. Failing the receipt of payment when due, we have
the right to temporarily suspend any future cleans until the payment has been
settled. For your convenience, we attempt to
collect any monies owed after the job is complete. However it is still your
responsibility to make any sure payment reaches us within the time stipulated
above or otherwise expressly agreed. If you are planning to be absent from
your usual premises for a significant period of time, please inform us prior
to your absence. Such notification will allow us to discuss your
requirements, whilst you will be absent and minimise the risk of a
misunderstanding on either your part, or on our part. If any payment is overdue by 30
calendar days or more, then we may permanently suspend our services. We may
also then seek recover the debt[s] via our debt collecting agent for the sum
owed to us. You would also be required to pay for any fees associated with
such a collection and any legal fees arising. A sum of 2.5% interest, per
month will be added to such balances due. You have the right to cancel service
that we provide to you at any time. We require at least 14 days notice from
you prior to cancellation. Payment of any monies due will be in accordance
with our usual payment terms [above] Physical or verbal threats, abuse or
violence will not be tolerated against any of our staff. Our policy is to log
such incidents, in order to assist the police, should we feel the need to
inform them. If you have a complaint about our
service please contact us immediately. Our complaints procedures would then
be applied, as appropriate. Progress/outcome[s] would then be confirmed as
soon as possible. |
