Fags & Slags, I welcome you to The Ashmole People's Holiday Photos site, the place to look back on our particular group's holidays from now until whenever.
(20/05/07)
At first it was Marbella, Spain. An arguement ensured with a girl resembling Jabba and if you look out the window then you'll know where that holiday went. Woody, Joe and I then fancied some Innovation In The Sun which then sadly went up in flames. It then became a domestic destination in Newquay... and if you look down the drain you'll see that too. All the decisions and all the bullshit got to such a point where our final destination has been agreed upon: the exotic town of Stratford-Upon-Avon! Why, you may ask? For the one and only Global Gathering - 75,000 raving it up in a few tents to the sounds of PvD, Armin, Ferry with hopefully some nice hot weather, sunsets and cold vodka with Lucazade. Once there was five, then it was four...
And then there were three...

Ok people, its been a while! There's been a lot of mix-up/bullshit surrounding our holiday of Summer 2007 - Lloret Del Mar, Gran Canaria - even as far as an official booking of a trip to Marbella which has now become defunct in my case! Domestic it shall be this year and if all goes well - the legendary White Isle of Ibiza in 2008! I think I'm ready for the surfer babes and the Barracuda Bar along with the rest of the furious five - Joe, Woody, James and Ben. After all thats happened so far I think I deserve this getaway.
I'm beginning to see the light...

The latest chapter in our Holiday story for 2007 leads us to the small town of Lloret del Mar (near Barcelona) and is an exciting one and with every damn reason to be - we now present Innovation In The Sun 2007 in association with Raindance: 7 days of raves, 7 days of drink @ Collossus Nightclub for just £200. And we thought we were keeping it domestic this summer? Don't think so mate!
Dark days, bright nights...

Public Service Announcement: NEWQUAY HERE WE COME!
Our destination for next year so far has been shrouded in mystery. Calls for another binge drinking week abroad have been mentioned, the weed infested Amsterdam, even Iceland! Once again to my severe disappointment what I shall call the Ibiza Experience has now been delayed another year. Rather then lack of funds, I'd say for next year its more the lack of people. With Ben and Woody serving time in Nottingham including a major lack of financial backing its no surprise they were counting themselves out of 2007's adventure.
BUT have no fear, over the weekend secret negotiations were held between myself, PCSO Joe and a Tenerife legend back from the dead... James Esposito! Its a five-hour trek but who the hell cares. Amongst its many bars and clubs promoting Godskitchen events it also hosts the annual Rip Curl Surfing Festival... beach parties and Smirnoff anyone? We're keeping it domestic next year people, apply within...
A storm is coming...
(09/08/06)
I'm writing this on the day I have just returned to reality and have to say like Ben did earlier, it was... different. As much fun as the events that took place were, the majority agreed that Malia, or at least its excursions were no contest to last years raid on Tenerife. On a brighter note though, one of many words that could describe Malia... unhealthy. The 10 Euro all-you-can-drink deal at Cloud 9 worked wonders for some, I stuck to my guns with our mutual friend Smirnoff.
To those that survived this year: Joe, Weekes, Woody, Dan, Dave, and Ben - diamonds as bright as the Sun for this one - cheers guys!
You Are Here...
(30/06/06)
What a fucking result! As of today it was confirmed that old Tenerife counterpart Woody is now on his way with us for Malia 2006. Due to Matt bailing out on his already-paid-for holiday (and 'being a knob' according to Weekesy) a free space opened up for Woody and he gets to go for next to nothing... the slag. It seems that Malia just got even better!
Take It Easy...
(09/05/06)
Thank fuck for that! As expected, Ben and Joe were the late payers for this one but a phone call to the Mate himself confirmed everything - Malia has now been paid for! Finally I don't have to constantly show concern for money due on the receipt. For a second I thought these guys had changed religion but well done lads you came through. Now lets just hope we make the damn flight.
Sit Back And Relax...
(13/1/06)
Whay! Malia 2006 was finally put on paper today and made official and of all days it had to be Friday the 13th. Ah well fuck superstition, I'm gonna get bang on it. Although our own numbers are down by three this year I'm sure Ben and Joe will make it memorable: bring on Club UK mate!
The Saga Continues...
(27/11/05)
Big Reunion 2005 - a huge disapointment I must say, but strangley enough I'm not THAT pissed off about the £250 lost, a quote from Jonny says 'think of it as an experience' so cheers guys for doing your best, I tried but my tastes differ in this matter. But something else I will say, good for those who did enjoy it - Joe, Woody, George P, Vicki, Weekes etc - you got your money's worth and thats fair enough (if I came a across as a miserable cunt, I do apologise) - hope you had a better one. It weren't all bad though, times inside the apartment or even on the train were a laugh so cheers. Better luck next year I guess!
Fade To Black...
(07/08/05)
Tenerife 2005 - one of the greatest experiences of my life. I cannot thank those who joined me more for making it happen, cheers lads, the first of many to come, I say we just do Simone and Hayley next year but hey! A lot more was said, felt and done these past 8 days - being pissed up, drunk, fucked, destroyed, ruined, sick, burnt, sick again, joy and pain... and that was just by the 2nd day! Cheers to Tenerife 2005 Lads Woody, Joe E, Jonny, James and Ben DJ - once again - diamonds.
May We Now Rest In Peace...
(20/06/05)
Been a long time since the last 'update' so here it is - Tenerife 2005 just got better - Quasar associates and Eros legends Dave Weekes, John G and Billpot have officially joined us for what will hopefully be Summer 2005's biggest piss-up. Can't say just how legendary this holiday will now be. As for all other arrangements, its all good!
A further note to Sam, Taf, Pacey and Wayne who will soon be leaving us for their Malia 2005 trip - have a drink for us lads.
Cheers People & Goodnight...
(31/01/05)
Certainly a day I've had trying to organise this bitch, but it was all worth it. Cheers Lads!
Thank You And Enjoy...
