This memorial website was created in the memory of our baby girl Ashlyn Sarah Lee... 
Ashlyn was born on June 14, 2006 at 8:10p.m. She weighed 6lbs. 7oz. and was 19 inches long. She was the baby everyone dreams of having. She slept all night from the very beginning, and was always happy and healthy. Unfortunately Ashlyn passed away in the early morning hours of July 20, 2006. She was sleeping next to her mommy, and just never woke up. Ashlyn grew her angel wings that day and will forever watch over us all.... I wanted to tell you all what Ashlyn was like. Although she was only 5 weeks 1 day old, she was a very happy and healthy little girl. She had already learned to lift her head and hold it up, for a short period of time. She had learned to scoot and turn herself around on her blanket during tummy time, and she had just learned how to do an open mouth smile. (My Favorite). She started to really connect with you. She'd stare in your eyes, and really focus.
Ashlyn loved bath time, with mommy! She loved to tilt her head back, close her eyes and relax. She loved to eat but still surprised us all with her small size. At birth Ashlyn weighed 6 pounds 7 ounces, and was 7 pounds 7 ounces when she grew angel wings. She was truely a gift from God. She touched so many people in her short time on earth. Through her journey in life, we have all learned that time is precious, and while we may get second chances at some things, we only get one chance at life. We must appreciate what we have. We shouldn't take a single thing for granted, for it can all change in an instant. May we make wise choices and may we learn and grow from our experiences, particularly the unpleasant ones for in that is their value. Our Princess will always be in our hearts and minds. I hope she made an impact that no one will forget. She is now our guardian angel, and is watching over us all from heaven above. Thank you, for your love and support.
