The Ascension Trilogy

The Ascension Trilogy is a series of 9 successive books seperated into three smaller trilogies unto themselves. The beginning of the saga, The Elge Trilogy, sets the pace for the events that follow soon thereafter. The major themes of this first story center on rebirth and destiny. Next is The Naida Trilogy, a journey through diaster and catastrophe that will test the strength of all. Finally, The Apollo Trilogy, the end of the story, will bring a final close to everything. Will the peace that was long sought after finally be achieved?

Currently, only the first book of The Elge Trilogy is in print, and the second is soon to hit shelves. The final book of this initial trilogy is in the works right now, and so the completion of the entire saga is not planned for any time soon. Keep an eye out for these books in the stores as the rest of the series is written and finished in due time.

Below is a short synopsis of the entire trilogy (and within each respective trilogy's page to the left is a more specific synopsis for that part of the story).

As well, two pages are devoted to concept pictures representing that of their designated characters. These pictures are NOT copyrighted to me, and I take no such rights over them. At the will and whim of the artists, should they want them removed, I would gladly oblidge. Also, they are not accurate, 100% representations of said characters - they are merely close resemblances I happened upon while searching. They are a means to give you, the reader and the viewer, a better idea of what the character and/or place looks like. Some of them, as you might notice, are taken from video games or anime.

And finally, a page devoted to important keywords and phrases that are used often throughout the story.

Elge – the first messiah, the one who was said to bring peace back to a distraught world. Corrupted soon thereafter by his infinite powers, he found his end by the hands of his very own biological “son,” a troubled youth plagued by visions of his own horrid past.

Naida – the last remaining nymph of her kind, Naida was a friend and guide to the heroes that brought about and bore witness to the death of Elge. Unbeknownst to Naida, her destiny unfolds when she rescues the weapon of divinity (The Heavens' Punisher) used by Elge and is henceforth possessed by the imbued spirit of the overlord Elge himself.

Apollo – a fledgling youth growing up in the ruined slums of a once-great and powerful city, his destiny as the third and final successor in the unholy bloodline is handed down to him unwillingly by his father, who happened upon The Heavens’ Punisher accidentally years ago and laid his hands upon the blade.

Witness the rise of fear and pain in what was a world that knew no else.
