Asbury Park can boast a very wonderful, historical society with hundreds of things to do!
Palace Amusements
The Palace Amusements complex was built in the late 1880's, and has been entertaining families with wonderful rides ever since. However, it fell into disrepair in the 1980's, the city of Asbury Park took action on May 19, 2004 by demolishing the complex, it plans to rebuild the Palace and open it at a new location.

Convention Hall
The Convention hall is a large, wonderful place where the community of Asbury Park gets together to join in events such as concerts (Bruce and Jon Bon Jovi have both appeared here on numerous occasions!)
The building stands at the center of the community.
