There are only a few simply rules to go by. But, you must follow them in order to be entered into a Nomination.
I. No offensive websites are allowed; Porn, Hate Sites, etc.
II. You must put up a code, or a text link, linking back to Arwen-Evenstar, keep this up until the Round you are entered in is over.
III. Your site, of course, must be LotR-related, unless you are Nominating for Best Layout.
IV. Please provide a 100x35 code to be put up as a nominee, if not, I can create one for you.
V. Tag the tag-board ^_~
