Artifex is a group currently composing of Nique, ShenTirag, SilesianTomcat, Koala Komander, Penguinman, and Mikaboshi. Any content, such as, but not limited to, edited animal models, skins, icons, zoopedias, avatars, wallpapers, logos, and music, is the property of either the individual who made it or the group as a whole. Any use of the images or content at this site without expressed written permission from all Artifex members is a violation of basic copyright laws.
Basic format for release of information, including but not limited to Tidbit Tuesdays and Animal Escapades, are copyright of Blue Fang and Microsoft Game Studios, and are used by us simply as a way to make the releases feel more professional and official. Original coding, models, icons, etc, are also copyright Blue Fang and Microsoft Game Studios, and have been edited by the Artifex Team to make them into entirely new animals as much as possible.
Civilization IV models are copyright Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc and Firaxis Games and were imported into the game by Penguinman, with some skin edits by Nique.
These copyrights will be edited and adjusted as more information about specific parts of the expansions and the group becomes available to the public. Check back occasionally for updates.
